“Whole experience from booking to getting to and from the airport was very easy. Shuttle bus picked us up from our car and we were at the airport in no time. Great service!”

“The Priority parking is very good for me due to the size of my SUV. I have used it for holidays abroad and short breaks alike. However it seems that the cost of using Priority parking has spiralled over the last year ? I tried to book it for my usual summer holidays, and found the price to be exorbitant. It will certainly be cheaper for me to use taxis this year and leave the car at home.”

“Although the overall service is good. I have a number of issues I would raise. I use the car park frequently and on more than one occasion, I have driven in and the bus has been at the stance. But the time I parked and made my way for the bus, it had left. The driver cannot fail to see a car coming in and should wait. Secondly, why is the bus not aligned with the flight arrival. It seems that I always have to call for the bus. Lastly, I was born in Aberdeen and at times have become embarrassed by the frumpiness of the drivers. Politeness and a smile would go some way to making me fell at home”

“Had to pay another day's car parking as flight was cancelled. No one was on duty at the barriers 21 May 2014 at 10.40am so had to use the intercom system, not satisfactory. Had to move car twice and ended up at barrier nearest to the office. eventually a member of staff appeared at about 10.55am and provided assistance.”

“Compared with other UK airports parking systems Aberdeen is at the top, easy to use, close to the terminal reasonable sized parking bays. I use the short stay parking when travelling up to 10 day trips. Would not consider anywhere else.”

“It is inconvenient to have to go to the payment cabin in the car park (outside) after a long journey to have your ticket validated. Could this not be done at the other machines? Particularly if you are within your time limits booked.”

“I had issues booking online for days without apparent reason but eventually got it working. Booking was easy once it was working The rate was attractive for short stay parking and it is so much more convenient compared to long stay parking.”

“Delighted to have secured a great deal on parking in Aberdeen over a week for a very reasonable amount. Easy to book and just turn up on the day and leave when you get back no messing :-) Happy days”

“Issue with car (and therefore booking) not being recognised on arrival. It meant a delay on departure from the car park. Delay after coming out of airport and joining queue for transport to car park. Several people phoned for bus but it was at least 25 mins before a taxi came to take us to our car. A driver hadn't turned up for work! A disappointing service all-in-all.”
