“Excellent. Swift and efficient from number plate recognition entering and leaving to a quick and easy bus transfer. Very good prices too so all in all a five star service. Thank you.”

“Parked my golf at the long stay car park for 7 days while on vacation. Easy pre-booking and payment online. Automatic departure. Ample secure parking. Frequent free bus service for the short trip between the car-park and terminal. Thanks for the excellent service.”

“All went smoothly. Close to airport exit. Only thing that let it down was on exit couldn't exit at barrier and had to drive back to ticket office and queue to get ticket verified.”

“Excellent visit through airport for both legs of trip. Only issue is the appalling state of the toilets at the baggage reclaim. After many many years this should be upgraded or at least cleaned properly”

“Easy to get parked and bus going to airport as soon as we arrived at car park. When coming home phoned for bus outside terminal and arrived five minutes later.”

“It's a no brainer, you drive up, the camera recognises the registration plate the barrier lifts and you park, the only contact will be with the drivers who are always polite and courteous so no issues.”

“The Car Parks location makes it a winner. Its only 3 minutes bus ride and you are at the terminal building. Buses run frequently and the staff are polite and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a chore in that the car park can get very full, but off-season its the opposite. The location and early-bird price makes this car park my favorite.”

“I used the car park at Aberdeen for the first time. The price & location to the terminal was excellent. On arrival, I didn't even need to do anything at the secure parking. The camera read the No. plate & the system said "Welcome Mr Smith" & then spat my card out. Great set up & very secure place to leave your car. 10/10 Would highly recommend using it.”

“This is a good deal however there are not clear instructions on how to use your booking on the website. on approaching the barrier you need to wait for license plate recognition however this takes a while and in the meantime the temptation is to press the button. In doing so you are then issued with a ticket and can still park however you then need to take your ticket to the ticket office before leaving. Mistakes could be greatly reduced by clear notification on the website about the process for using your booking.”

“Despite pre paying for the priority car park, on inserting our ticket in the machine to exit, the barrier would not open and it said we had an overdue amount I'd £142 to pay. We pressed the call button and eventually it was answered . The guy went to check then raised the barrier before saying sorry. I emailed customer complaints and was not really satisfied with the answer of this sometimes happens with mechanical things.........”

“The transaction was very easy and straight forward. However, my flight was delayed overnight due to fog at Aberdeen Airport and this meant leaving the airport later than intended but still within the 24-hour period that was purchased. The machine then charged me £22 upon exit of the airport. I contacted the Airport parking by e-mail and they agreed to refund the additional sum but it has taken unnecessary hassle and wastage of my valuable time. best if these issues are ironed out at source.”
