Used the car park to collect my family and spent £7.50 waiting for 1-1/2 hrs!! Never again

Excellent proximity to airport, great layout and easily found. Not the best value car parking facility around but you are probably paying a premium because of it's location next to the main airport.

Very effective car park to use - close to the airport, frequent bus service to and from the terminal, very efficient in/out system and very secure.

It really is so convenient to park in the short stay car park at Aberdeen International Airport. Just book online, drive in and pick up your ticket with registration number recognition then park. You are in the airport in minutes with no hassle waiting for buses or getting a taxi.

There were more people in the priority queue than the standard queue. £14 down the drain.

It was a no brainer to book the Short Stay Weekender online as it gives you a good value for money. Picking the ticket up on entry was no trouble and the exit was very smooth. Finding a parking spot was again no trouble and the signage to the terminal was good too. I would definitely use the Short Stay Weekender again and would have no reservations in recommending it to friends and relatives.

Access to the car park was quick with no issues and so was the departure. Might need maybe more parking covered parking spaces. Could be maybe a little bit cheaper (I believe you would get an extra day at Edinburgh airport).

Like most things at Aberdeen Airport, a poor service. Had to walk to the airport terminal as no bus was available, it was parked up without a driver. On return, I called for a bus using the call point, it turned up 10 minutes later then sat for a further 15 minutes despite it being 23:00 with no other flight incoming. I was also charged extra for my flight being delayed for 4 hours. The office at the long stay car park was shut, with no one available to help.

Very good value for money and quick and easy access to the terminal/ Made driving to the airport the preferred option over getting a taxi.

Everything went smoothly until we turned up at the parking barrier at the airport. On pressing the button to raise the barrier no ticket was issued. We guessed that the booking code might be required to exit the parking. Upon return from our trip (5th July) when we tried to exit the parking we were asked for a ticket, which we didn't have. We phones for assistance at the barrier and the operator insisted that we should have one, which we didn't. My wife went to speak to the operator - a very rude and unhelpful woman who refused to give her name when asked - who insisted that we were given a ticket on entrance - which we weren't - and grudgingly issued a new one. For £99, this was terrible service especially after having returned from Florida where people were falling over themselves trying to help you.

The service from the team was great, but i felt i'd wasted my money because there was no queue at the normal security check-in. I know it was only £3.50, but I'm scottish so don't like wasting money! ;-)

We had problems entering the car park as the scanner did not pick up the barcode on my receipt. We called the attendant from the barrier and he instructed us to drive to the long-stay car park. I refused and explained that I had paid for this special offer in the short stay car park. It took about 5 minutes for him to check his computer and he blamed the hold up on a 'computer error'. We were in good time for our flight but I would be cautious about using this service again for a trip booked in August.
