“Excellent parking facilities, few steps from the terminal. Would defiantly use again on our next holiday. Using the priority line at security was also a great perk!”

“I booked this because having seen the unacceptable queues when flying in to move up here I was not prepared to do it. However my flight time was obviously at a quiter time and I need not have booked. Hopefully the extra cash we pay for this will very soon enable another 2 scanners to be out in place and bring aberdeen to the international status it claims it has. It us current,y a disgrace.”

“Price and online booking were good but when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn't find my booking and that I must have entered the reg number wrongly. I then tried to give them the booking ref number to be told that that was of no use to them. They let me in to the car park and said I would have to sort it out when I got back. So that was a great thing to be worrying about while I was on holiday.”

“Very convenient to park right at terminal. Number plate recognition works so all straight forward for entrance/exit. In general parking costs seem high still compared to Glasgow & Edinburgh.”

“We recently used the short-stay car park which we had booked online with no difficulty. Upon arriving at the car park the number plate recognition system didn't work. The machine advises you to press the 'assistance' button rather than press for a ticket, which we did. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to answer and they were rather abrupt and not particularly helpful. Upon our return from holiday, we then had to seek further assistance in order to validate the ticket so we were able to exit the car park. Not exactly the start or finish to our holiday we'd been hoping for. Disappointing!”

“Very impressed that from the car number plate, the system recognised my booking and personalised the greeting at the ticket dispensers. Very easy leaving the car park on the return from holiday. A good experience overall.”
