“After booking on-line, it was an easy process of simply parking in the secure long stay car park and then taking the shuttle bus to the main terminal. The car park is well used, but there are adequate spaces further toward the back of the car park on busy days. The busses are rotating constantly, so even if you just miss one, another comes along within a few minutes. On return, the opposite procees applies - shuttle from the terminal back to the car park. There are stops around the car park, so you just hop off closest to where you parked. With the number plate recognition system, departing is as easy as popping your ticket into the machine at the barrier and driving off. No problems.”

“Easy to book, but efficiency of shuttle bus from airport to car park and back is useless. booked twice with you now and both times i have had to walk from the car park to airport and back again. Luckily it isn't far. This has nothing to do with the bus being slow or not on time - it was just never there at all.”

“Parking was easy and quick. Bus arrived to take us to the airport within a few minutes. When we arrived back bus was waiting outside. Very quick and efficient. Excellent service.”

“It is just a parking place, but then a very expensive one. You get charged for full days, irrespective and the rate is high. There is nothing that you get in return. No special security and a high chance on getting rained on when going from and to the car. Poor by all means.”

“Managed to locate a parking space quite easily even though it seemed to be very busy indeed, coupled with an Excellent Bus service to and from Airport.”

“This is the first time I have used the Airport Carpark as it is usually too expensive but with the Easter Parking special rate I decided to use it and was very impressed. Didn't have to wait long for a bus and the same on return.”

“Brilliant access to the airport and back, especially for families with children. Busses running all the time. Great price for parking for a week. Will use this again if the chance comes up.”

“2 / out of 3 times I have used the short stay in the last couple of months the ticket has not been accepted at the barrier even though I have prepaid. I then spend 10 mins at the pay kiosk as they go through the motions of finding my ticket even though I have a copy of the payment. The service is atrocious. t.callan48@gmail.com”

“I booked on line and got into the carpark no problem, came back late, knackered just wanting home, then i went to the barrier inserted the card, thinking breeze i am prepaid all good. Alas the system did not recognise my car, and having a tail back behind me, i had to wait for a polite gent to try and soprt me out, reference codes all provided. So my experience was poor, so saving on line was offset with hassle at the end of a long tiring day.”

“ideally close to the terminal. Unfortunately my car was scratched during the stay. the spaces are quite tight. I will not be using the service again.”
