“Exit procedure can be improved. Pre-paid customer still need to press help button”

“Really need to get the Priority Parking online sorted. Having to go and get the ticket validated before exiting is a pain and defeats the entire purpose of paying online.”

“The parking is fine. The only problem is that its far from clear whether you need to take your ticket to the office for endorsement or not (you don't).”

“This trip was fine. I had cause to complain on a couple of previous occasions where the response time for the bus to come to the terminal for pick-up on return was excessive, but my complaint appears to have been taken on board and the service this time was good.”

“I frequently use Priority Parking and delighted to have this opportunity to feed back. I am extremely happy with the service but do have one constant niggle. I always pre-book and I always get held up at the barrier being requested to pay an outstanding balance. I then have to phone the attendant - who sometimes responds faster than others and we go throught the ritual of taking my ticket back out, replacing it and then the attendant manual operates the barrier. Can someone please get this sorted out (and then the service would be "Very Good")? I would be very interested in receiving a genuine response to this. Dave Russell (davessur@aol.com)”

“When I returned the normal bus was not operating and taxi minibus was operating - but there was no notice and the driver didn't say anything. So it was only after 20 mins and the second tie he came round that I realised what was going on.... a real waste of time. It would be good to stick a notice up when this happens or instruct the driver to be a bit more loud / notceable.”

“As it was booked online, it was so easy to park. Just drove up to the barrier which opened on arrival and popped out an exit ticket. Parked up and got the free bus to the terminal. On our return there was a bus waiting at the terminal which took us back to the car park and jumped in the car and left. Would use early bird every time now.”
