“Hassle free from online booking until driving through the barrier to return home. Easy as 1 2 3. Very short walk to and from the terminal, easy to find, easy to park safe and secure, what else can be said other than the fantastic, cheap deal. I would highly recommend, definately choose again.”

“I was in a rush to get to my plane so I have decided to purchase priority security so I can go through faster. For some reason, everytime I fly from Aberdeen airport there tends to be massive queues of people waiting for security check. It seems to me that it either doesnt work as efficient or may be it needs expansion due to a higher influx of passengers. The experience of buying priority security has been rather uncomfortable since I was told to do it from my phone and the website didnt seem to be optomised for mobile devices therefore it was hard to navigate. Therefore I ended up selecting the wrong date and not getting the ticket that I needed. Moreover, when I have tried to purchase another ticket for the right date, I have encountered errors on the website that didnt allow me continue to purchase the ticket. Luckily enough the staff who checks for passports and boarding passes were understanding my situation and with apologies let me through prority security.”

“Easy to get to, right at the door, not much more expensive than the long stay car park so was good to justify parking in short stay, and arriving at the airport that little bit later and departing very quickly on return.”

“The short stay car parking, which we have used before, is convenient, particularly good value for money when booked well ahead. It means the car is under cover while you are away, near to the terminal to carry/ wheel your holiday luggage and the vehicle has never been tampered with during its stay in your car park. Will be very happy to use this car park again in the future and have recommended it to friends who were under the impression incorrectly that alternatives would be significantly less costly. Francis Collier”

“Very quick and easy to use with frequent shuttle service. Our flight back was cancelled and we returned a day late but were kindly let through the barrier by talking to someone on the intercom, with no extra charge!”

“Locating the facility to book Priority Security on your website is abysmal. Each time I have to google "Aberdeen priority security" and follow the link rom there. Why don't you have an easier link on your website - it really is shockingly bad. Once booked it works quite well ............ but maybe you should look at introducing some order to your security area anyway - I've been travelling every week for the last 6 years and when its quiet you can cope but busy times are chaotic ........... you need to get someone with a sense of organisation and not treat your customers as hindrances to your daily routine.”

“Booked within 24 hours. Very good value. Only thing was computer didn't pick up car registration. Manual operator let me through in minutes though so thank you.”
