The system worked very well and efficiently! Only problem I had was finding the EXIT from first floor of multi-storey Car Park!!!! Maybe that could be a little clearer? I would certainly use this facility again!

The parking was very easy to use, but seemed expensive. I am not sure how much I saved by paying in advance.

Charge of £31.99 seems excessive to park for just 30 hours. Overall generally can park at Edinburgh airport for quite a bit less

I booked Priority Parking for my wife as it is important to me that she has a safe nearby parking place at the airport while she travels on short trips. I don't mind paying a premium for the Priority Parking as it meets these requirements. Getting out of the Parking area, however, never seems to be straightforward. The barrier refused to lift when my wife tried to exit. Her Debit Card was demanded and a further £68 taken from my account in return for passage off the property. That aded up to a sum in excess of £100 for a little over 24 hours in the Parking lot. Less than satisfactory. When I called for a refund, I was told I have to send an email. You have much to learn before you can claim "Excellent".

Good afternoon I have telephoned yourself directly to explain the situation in this case. On this occasion the registration given did not match the vehicle registration which entered the car park. The system as then treated this ticket as a normal roll up rate and has asked for payment directly. I have since refunded this back to the card used to make payment on the day. We do have a team available 24/7 on the car park to assist with any issues and would have been able to intervene on the day to ensure no overcharge would have happened. I trust you are satisfied with this response and explains what happened on the day. Also hope everything else went smoothly and as planned on your visit to our car park and you will continue to use our service.

The carpark itself was fine, very clean and safe. Our issue was that our flight home was delayed and the car park then tried to charge us an extra £30 for something that was outwith our control. It was only an extra 7 hours which doesn't justify that kind of charge.

We were able to park our car in the car park. There was a bus that took us to the airport. There were no problems. It was no better or worse than other car parking I have experienced.

Haven't used the airport for a while and didn't bother with other parking facilities because we like the secure long stay and the operation is easy and efficient.

We thought we had booked a great deal but when our flight was unexpectedly delayed by 6 hours we were charged almost half as much again to leave the car park. There were a few people in the same situation and we got varying degrees of help when queried with the staff. One supervisor lady managed to get one customers fee reduced down to a third, unfortunately the chap dealing with me could not do the same process. Very disappointing, thought that using the flight number to book the air park may have made allowance for airline delays. Please be aware that excess charges can be made if your flight is delayed.

Nice and handy near to Airport Building for Elderly/Disabled Travellers - But slightly expensive I feel for a 8-10 days away!

The WEB page was easy to use and later alter the car registration. The value was good. However, the number plate recognition was either not working or ineffective and the entry was slow and the exit completely chaotic taking at least 15 minutes (at the barrier)

There was enough room to park. The courtesy bus was there soon. Upon my return I used the telephone at the bus stop and the courtesy bus arrived promptly.
