Very poor as I had to park in the short stay car park then have to waste time on my return to go to a stupid office to explain why I didn't have to pay then had to sign some things to refund the short term parking . All very poor in my view. I'm sure part of the short stay car park could be changed to long stay and remove this stupid paper work/inconvenience ( for both parties, car owner and car park staff) when long stay is busy.

Long wait car park. A wait of over 15 minutes for the short (5mins) bus trip to the airport was too long and not as advertised. A longer delay on the return leg from the airport was unacceptable.

Although the actual parking facility was great, very near airport as required because of my wheelchair needs, they tried to charge me £454 on my return saying I parked in priority parking! I parked exactly where my printed instructions advised me and after a "heated" discussion over a very crackly intercom, they let me out! It has put me off using it again.

If you park on the opposite side if the bus stop you have to squeeze between all the cars, no footpaths.

Great idea. Poor execution. Bought the pass whilst standing in the queue to get through security. Took 10 minutes for the email confirmation to come through so I couldnt use it. Needs to be processed more quickly !!

The Short Stay parking at Aberdeen is adequate ( there is not an undercover direct link into the terminal) There are not facilities to pick up passengers unless you use the Short Stay parking and this is expensive and you have to walk some distance.

Even though I had booked in advance, the licence plate recognition system made an error reading my plate, the system then blocked me at the barrier with other cars waiting behind and tried to charge me again at an even more extortionate rate! With cars behind growing frustrated I had to buzz staff several times and wait some time before getting any answer, when I finally got through the woman speaking was abrupt in her manner and offered no apologies. I eventually got through the barrier without being charged again however this was an embarrassing situation, no apology offered and my car was trapped unlawfully for a time.

It would help if you had some machines for this. I have noticed they have been removed. Trying to fill out this on a smart phone is problematic. Especially when you think you are late for a flight

The instructions given prior to arriving were not particularly clear. There was no instruction as to which area of the short stay car park I was to park in. Passport security has no record of my paying for priority security so I had to find the email on my IPhone to show them proof of purchase. When I went to exit the car park after a flight from NY + flight from Heathrow the machine displayed to me i was due £100+ for parking so I had to use the intercom to sort it out. The person I spoke to I couldn't make out what he was saying due to his accent but thankfully he managed to sort it out for me. All in all I wasn't impressed in the slightest with the service!

Aberdeen airport is without doubt the worst airport I travel in. car park is fine, paying for bag trolleys is a joke! The only airport in the world where outside EU visitors get preferential treatment. never a taxi and when they do arrive they moan. I will use Edinburgh from now on.

I felt the cost was expensive. I parked my car without any issues but when leaving the car park on my return there were a number of issues. First of all, even though you do give details of your flight the bus does not return to the airport unless you call them. Once I got my car I proceeded to go to the gate. Because I had pre-paid it should have been as simple as put your ticket in the machine, the barrier would then open and then I would drive out. This was not the case! Once I had entered my ticket it came up saying that I would have to pay an extra £21.50 on top of the high price already charged. So I got out of my car and headed towards the customer service building. On my way there I got a shout from the bus driver saying that there was nobody in the customer service building anymore. He looked at my ticket as they have had people use the car park in error but on checking I was in the correct car park. I then went back to the barrier put my ticket back in and pressed the help button where I got a reply. I told them the situation and they immediately said that I was in the wrong car park. I stated that I had followed the map that was given when booking which is on the online receipt and then also stated he bus driver had also confirmed I was in the correct place but the person still stated that I was in the worng car park. I then asked to speak to a manager that could help and got a rude response. After again stating the situation the manager asked if I knew someone which I replied that I didnt. They then proceeded to state that someone else had used my registration to book their car in and had already left which had caused the issue. They then proceeded to open the gate and let me leave. This could have all been sorted out in a much better way if they had had the customer service desk manned. Very poor service when there is an issue!

Normally when I use the long stay car part and arrive back, when I call for the transport bus it normally takes 5-10 minutes. On my last trip back I had to call 3 times and waited for 20 minutes which was not acceptable.

Entering the car park is by a very long and circuitous route - I felt like I'd driven half a mile before I could park. Could you not offer a short cut from the entrance into the outdoor car park? The internet pre booking worked very well. However, the internet booking site is quite primitive. In particular, I need to change my registered email address and I was told I can only do this by re-registering (why can't you offer an update profile facility like other providers?). I've done this but the old address keeps popping up - how can I get rid of it? Finally I'm not impressed with your pricing which is all over the place.

No issues with booking or getting into car park, getting stung an extra £22 because the flight was delayed by half an hour is a con. Will never use again, if I require to use a car park in future, will fly from Edinburgh instead.

The deal and service is good but the reason I have marked it down is because we were delayed overseas due to ill health and I found it very difficult trying to contact Aberdeen airport car parking as there was no email address and I was unable to update the booking on-line. Have you ever tried ringing an 0845 number from the Caribbean and no one answered the phone.

I don't think it is logical that one has to drive around the car park first, having to drive over all the bumps, looking out for pedestrians coming from the terminal before being able to enter the car park. Then one has to drive all the way through again, cause in most cases there is no covered car parking space, before one can park outdoor. It would be more efficient if there is a direct access to the car park once you got a ticket.

Why were the machines done away with, to have everything on your phone means some of your clients cannot access priority boarding. Also, the confirmation e mail to show the person at security took a long time coming through which meant I was refused priority boarding to begin with. Had I not gone back a second time and pleaded with the employee I may have missed my flight

Poorly laid out car park. Expensive. Delays in exiting car park. Insufficient under-cover spaces.

Arrived at at barrier and Number plate recognition did not read the plate and issue a ticket. Contacted the person through the intercom. Poor quality communication ended with me still at the barrier. Tried again but no success, left car and walked to the attendant's office with my booking reference eventually I got my ticket at the barrier and entered the car park. Not the service I expected when trying to catch an early morning flight.
