“Very easy to book and pay for. Straightforward - drive in, pick up ticket and use the ticket to raise the barrier on your return. Bus was frequent. Couldn't fault it.”

“It worked well and we found a space easily this time. On the return, the bus wouldn't let us off anywhere near the car, so I had to walk the length of the car park back for the car and pick up the family and all the luggage from the bus stop. Clearly the driver was not supposed to stop anywhere that isn't an official stop, but there should be one just inside the barrier.”

“We booked this short stay special offer for a visit to our daughter in Luxembourg, and unfortunately our return flight was a day late due to pilot strike. I used the text option on your website to contact the airport who arranged to waive the car park extra charge, very professionally and without fuss, which was a welcome assist due to the extra hotel accommodation etc we had to pay upfront for. Great service.”

“Really easy to book (and change booking). Barrier opened on arrival with car Reg. No. recognised automatically. Bus waiting at stop. On return the bus was there waiting for us and we got straight out with no hassle. Would definitely use again.”

“My booking and pre-payment "disappeared" from the system, so rather than saving time I had to go to the booth, where the very helpful assistant had to go through a long and time consuming process to get me out of the car park at the fee I had already paid. Luckily I took a copy of the confirmation otherwise i have no idea how long it would have taken.”

“Exit procedure could do with some re-work. The current procedure requires calling the assistant to verify the booking code and authorise the payment at the exit barrier and so holds up everyone behind.”

“Good service close to airport. Staff are friendly and car park secure. Only negative points: 1) traffic from airport during rush hour can lead to delays with bus service between car park and airport and 2) parking bays are a bit tight for larger vehicles.”
