“A great price and easy to book. Easy to access and exit and Just a few minutes walk to the terminal. I hope this offer is available more often as it is so much more convenient than the long stay parking options.”

“No issues. Booking online makes entry and exit easy and quick. There was , and normally is, a covered space available.”

“Booking is easy, entry to the car park could not be easier and there is usually only a short wait for the courtesy bus. The bus drivers are alert to anyone hurrying to catch the bus and wait for them. The bus could be quicker when picking up passengers off an incoming flight and returning them to the long stay car park.”

“My flight was delayed by nine hours. I went to the customer point to explain and ask for my ticket to be extended. No such luck I was promptly charged impolitely £22 extra. After a long , stressful, exhausting day this extra charge nearly made me cry. I had parked there for two weeks but nine extra hours through no fault of my own cost me a quarter of the two week price on top. Shocking that exceptional circumstances can't be considered. I probably would park there again a taxi home would have been cheaper. I have chosen a normal grading because I don't expect anything else. I still have my receipt if you would like to refund me.”

“I enjoy the availability of the service except for one thing and that is the time it takes to exit the car park through the barriers. Inevitably you wait for an answer at the attendant button and then another wait while they search a list for your name. Apart from that minor frustration i am a regular user of the service and will remain so.”

“First time used so thought the bus stopped at your car, small thing I suppose but in some cases it would be helpful, I now see that it would be good to park close to the shelters but that isn't always possible, when we parked on the morning of the 7th the car park was almost surprisingly full.”

“Quick to book online and nice welcome on entry. Not enough covered spaces (to avoid seagulls !) but only 5 mins walk to terminal.”

“Parking is good. Bus drivers are excellent. Website booking could be a little friendlier, but it works. I park here often - I'd like to be rewarded more with better savings. It still seems pretty expensive to me”

“The morning service was very good with a very pleasant helpful driver. Coming back we had to wait a few minutes after I phoned as the bus was not there. When it came it stopped much further along the kerbside than the official stop.”

“I love the priority parking, the only problem is when trying to exit the barrier control does not open on production of the ticket and a call to the operating centre has to be done each time for verification. This is very frustrating particularly when there are a number of vehicles queing behind.”
