They sent a faulty projector that broke after 2 days, I have been trying to get the projector back for nearly a month, they don’t reply to e mails, they are just ignoring me.DO NOT BUY FROM ABIS Electronics! Poor customers service. AVOID. I’m just worry now that they won’t send me the repaired projector back now.

RECEIVED A FAULTY PROJECTOR SCREEN. CHASING AFTER REPLACEMENT ONE FOR A WEEK. NO-BODY DEALING WITH THE ISSUE AND THEN ONE WEEK LATER SAY THEY HAVNT GOT A REPLACEMENT. RUBBISH SERVICE

I bought 2 hand dryers, one stopped to work less in less than 4 days. I called customer service to understand what should i do, send back or they send an engineer to fix it. I called more than 7 times per 3 days, sent 3 emails and never got an answer. Always asking for me to wait that someone will contact me, what never happened. Still have no answer or problem fixed.
