“I have received very good service from Accendo, in particular from the trader Ben Vartia, who is always informative and helpful. He executes my orders efficiently on a daily basis. I also find the daily 'buffet' information very helpful.”

“Excellent daily service has been provided by Samuel Springett since I began dealing with Accendo. He has always been informative and never ducks technical questions. He guides daily without being too pushy in his methods. A pleasure to work with. I find the trading platform to be crystal clear and easy to manoeuvre. The only thing I would like to see is a reduction in trading commissions.”

“I've been CFD trading for 6 months now and at first I was very sceptical but James Abbott, my analyst, guided me through the process and didn't pressure me to trade. I get regular and comprehensive information on a daily basis providing me with the tools critical to a quick decision making process where money can be made in minutes! I would recommend Accendo Markets to anybody who had an interest in trading and rate James Abbott as excellent!”

“Accendo Markets is my first foray into CFDs and active share dealing; I have had shares for a number of years but wanted to take them to a new level. The main reason that I rate the service as very good (excellent was not given as an option) is the attention and knowledge of my account manager/trader David Papier. He sends me information on current trades or markets that I am looking into; I understand that he can not give me advice on trades but this information saves me a great deal of time and effort. For me, the most important aspect of his service is that he treats me like a human being and appears to care about me as a person rather than just an account number and balance sheet. There are cheaper share dealing service on the net, but he certainly make any extra charges more than worth it. David is a fantastic asset for Accendo Markets.”

“it's a great service. specifically having a dedicated relationship trader, Tom Robertson in my case, he is brilliant and very knowledgeable about the market and always follows up with market updates even outside trading hours emails.”

“I get numerous telephone calls from rival companies, but I am particularly happy with the quality of service I receive from Accendo. In particular my contact, Tom Robinson, has provided immeasurable guidance in my first year of trading. My ISAs and SIPP are actively invested via Hargreaves Lansdown, who have on occasion also offered me a CFD facility (including a more competitive rate of commission!), but my level of satisfaction with Accendo is such that I intend to remain loyal to them.”

“Having rejected the constant flow of brokers trying to get me involved in the cfd market because I had no sense of trust in them or indeed the market. In my broker George I found a guy who spoke common sense, who understood my concerns and who talked me through the whole process at my pace. Since opening my account I have found George to be exactly what he said he would be, an ever present aid, ready to answer questions and prompt delivery of any reports I needed, perhaps most important swift to provide any notice on market moving factors by phone. In an age when financial services advice seems to have been over-run with a bunch of brokers only concerned to get you to deal - George is a breath of fresh air!”

“I let my account lie fallow for a few months last year - I didn't get answers to emails and felt I had no personal relationship with anyone down there. I had a bad trading period with an advisory service in Cornwall and wanted out. Coincidentally one of your guys called me and said why not give Accendo another try? I did and it's turned out well - I've rebuilt up my capital slowly and have a more optimistic attitude towards CFD trading. Now I can pick up the phone or send an email and get a reply very quickly. My main point of contact is James Abbott who, while not allowed to advise me on trades - wisdom or direction, he is always there to explain (or console on a bad day); always quick to congratulate on successful trades which shows he is keeping an eye on his account holders and is taking a genuine interest. When he is not available the other guys are also friendly and helpful so the business front of house is working. I can imagine the bedlam and stress of a busy trading floor but this never comes over. All in all very good all round. While I do this without blinkers I can supplement my income and support my expensive hobby. I'd seriously consider an advisory service in the future - take it a step further with Forex, indices etc - FTSE permitting - especially if Accendo made commission dependent on successful trading -would get a 'we're in this together' vibe.
