“While I absolutely love the quarterly box and quarterly pin box, there are some months where shipping and delivery are delayed with no communication. I had to reach out to customer service. If there is a delay in shipping that will cause the box to be delayed to the NEXT month, a notification should be sent out explaining it. When you charge for the box 2 months before and then a box is a February box and it’s not shipped until March, it’s no longer a “February” box. There are understandable circumstances but this needs to be communicated to your customers so they are not left wondering. I’m still waiting for my February quarterly pin box. According to customer service the first batch is starting to ship today 3/6, and the rest next week. This is almost up against the regular quarterly box. Is that going to ship late too? Do better, please.”
“I love receiving my boxes but the quality of products has gone down significantly. Some of the items and their replacements are made so poorly there’s no fixing them. I’ve been missing items. This last box was late. I’m afraid it’s probably not worth the money at this point.”
“I love the items that are offered, but I had a bad experience on my first order, so I cannot rate them that highly. I placed an order and an item was missing, took them three weeks to replace it, and still had an issue.
Other than that I like the items I have received, especially the replica items or things we have read from the books.”
“My first box was great with the shipping time and I thoroughly enjoyed most of the products. Some of the items just weren't practical for me (lunch sack, silverware, snack bag) since I work from home. I would have rather received more replicas for display in my HP loft. I had signed up in time to start the quarterly box, but it was not reflected in my account so I did not receive the June box like I anticipated. Quite disappointed in that as I was excited for another box to arrive. Since the September box is a highly used theme with other subscriptions (back to school) I am not sure if I will continue with my account.”
“I mean it’s Harry Pitter themed and I’m a huge fan so that’s great, the creativity and quality of the items were just ok I thought for the price, I waited a long time for my third box and couldn’t track it really which was an inconvenience”
“It’s hit or miss every week. The quality of items has decreased lately, but sometimes you’ll get a box that’s amazing. If you don’t have any T-shirts, Accio is for you because they only ever do tees which is tedious.”
“it was ok i liked the Neville box but there was very little in there not much and I paying like around $50 to $60 love the shirts though cant get enough of them”
“I’ve seen a some improvement over the new character box products, but there’s definitely room for more. I’d prefer to see more products that can actually be used. There’s only so much space on a Knick-knacks shelf, or a wall for pictures. I’d also LOVE to see a Professor Snape box.”
“I have loved Accio!, they usually have really high quality items that usually just relate to the books. The quality has definitely decreased, the thoughtfulness of the selection feels lower, and in the Harry box they even included an item from the movies which degrades Hagrid. It's been upsetting to see the slow decline. Definitely not worth the money anymore.”

“The t-shirt was partly made of polyester rather than entirely cotton. Plastic production and use needs to be cut down, and it's absolutely unnecessary in t-shirts. It uses oil to create it, and washing it was microplastics into the ocean, where they litter the environment and are ingested by animals.”

“Used to be my favorite box. Appreciated the support of small indie artists. However quality of items and overall impression is plummeting. Lately, the items received haven't been "showstoppers" and feel like I'm not getting my monies worth. Have prepaid for the year and it will likely be my last.”
