“This service was terrible. They cancelled my policy three weeks before it ran out because I changed address as they claimed I had moved to a high risk area. I had moved to a small very quiet village in the middle of no where. Where my car is kept in a locked garage over night. I lost a years no claim because of this even though the cancelation was no error on my part. Also I had paid for my policy up front and did not receive the three weeks worth of money they owed me due to them cancelling the policy. My documents were not easy to obtain online and they keep you on hold FOREVER. Because I am a young driver they think they can bully you into paying more money for a awful service. NOT ME !!!!!! I would advise anyone to find a different provider of insurance and they will not receive my custom again !!!!!!!!!”

“Customer service very poor.. Wanted to cancel within 13 hours of purchasing insurance as didnt have access to all the documents they needed.. Been told i will be charged £50 . This was not made clear to me on the purchase confirmation email. Contacted customer service and they were very un helpful. Would not allow me to speak with manager to request a reduction in rate and would not let me make a complaint! Also was told i had to email in order to cancel and could not do it over the phone after keeping me online for 20 minites!”

“After making the full payment, I haven't received any paper work from A-Choice. Then I made many telephone calls asking for the copy, but still no responds. It makes me very disapointed about the after sales service, not professional at all. I won't recommend this company to my friends at all.”
