Yesterday I went to buy a set of three track pants for my 2 year old, I thought the waist had a rubber bank for stretching but only to find out that was not the case. The pants left a huge gab on my child's waist. I am so disappointed because everything that I buy from them has quality issues, its either its the type of poor material used and the way their clothes discolour and change shape as you wash them. I strongly recommend that people should look into buying from other stores if they want best value for your money

I had a layby done at Ackermans in Vryburg, the one in Market Street (Branch 846) . I lost my receipt and went there and asked that they please cancel my layby . I was told I cannot get a refund without the receipt and that the only thing left to do is to give me a voucher. Now I read my receipt and what they telling me is not there on the receipt and why is Vinolia telling me something that she cannot prove. Honestly they could really do better.

Bought boots at ackermans,currently still available in some shops,the sole split in two for no reason,very poor quality and a waste of my money,shoes are barely worn.will not recommended buying from them

Went to Ackermans Zandspruit 09-10-2024 I saw a short for 6-12 when I have to pay for it the refuse telling me it's a set the can't find the top but the item is on the floor I'm so disappointed shame and this thing is happening for the second time. Why keep cloths you won't sell on the floor not storeroom. Even the manager can't take to the client professional 🙄

I had account with ackermans, in March I asked for outstanding balance so they gave me & I paid it up straight away. they even put me through their call center to explain why am I closing the account. from August I'm receiving calls that I'm owing R310 Where the hell that R310 is coming from, after that I'm receiving more than 20 calls daily asking me about the money I'm owing that I don't even know where is it coming from because why I was brought to the call center to verify that I'm closing the account if I was still having outstanding balance ?. so today I paid the money coz I'm so sick of the stupid calls I'm receiving everyday but still they calling and now they even calling my mom and the amount is even gone up to R350😭😭😭😭yoooo. However if you thinking of opening account with ackermans shame on you ❗❗❗

I applied for an account card very well knowing i always get a decent amount of money in my bank account so they dont call me after 4 days i go back today they say i have to re apply their struggling to get to me so i did i went home until i left ackermans and arrive at my home i didnt evan recieve any message or any calls from ackermans sy declined me because their struggling to get through to me and everytime i took my bank statemants evan and i made 100 %sure that my number was correct i evan have true caller to see whos calling but ackermans never called or send messages i only today got message that said i should re apply and shortly after that all of a suddon im declined im very dissapointed worst expierience with ackermans in the brakpan area worst part is they say they call but they dont

Never buying a phone at ackermans again , The phones always give problems , their phones are the worst , and the worst part is they don't want to fix it or give another phone in that phones place , The phone I brought had a network problem and they took it in but when I received it , they said the value of fixing it is more then the phone itself, how is that my problem ? It's the phones problem, it wasn't even broken the issue was the network of Vodacom !!!!!

On monday this week I went to Ackermans Boshoff street in PMB a supervisor by the name of Mbali Zuma gave me very bad service, I needed to exchange a gift which I got for my baby shower but she proudly said she can't help me since it had no tag and she had a very bad attitude she sure knows how to keep customers away

I placed my order on the 21st of July till today I am waiting for delivery. Their order tracking system and courier company are terrible. I have been trying to call and email both shipping company and Ackermans bit no assistance. Their service is pathetic and I do not recommend. Never again!

I'm in Wonderpark store for refund I waited an hour for my cash refund.no one assisted me.they take me back and forth saying this and that.i always shop there for my kids but I'm definitely disappointed ☹️ with their service today.

Am so disappointed 😞 the phone I bought at ackermans in 2023 August 30, the phone just stopped reading my sim cards and all the sim cards I tried to put in it, I went to the store to complain in Kempton square kemptonpark, the manager Johannes his name, could not even let me explain my issue he kept on interrupting me while trying to explain, he said I should bring the slip so I honestly told him that I lost a slip and if there's anything I could bring even if is avidavid from the police station. That manager was not helpful and was so rude to me. And am now stuck with a phone that is disabled 😑.

I have made a payment arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances. The lady whom I spoke to , to try explain the situation was extremely rude she dropped the phone in my ear. This is terrible!! Atleast I tried to make the payment arrangement to pay as soon as possible! I will never buy from them again and when my account is paid off I will not set foot in a Ackermans store.

I went instore today to your Vredenburg branch because it showed on your online shopping they have the dress in my size that I am looking for. As USUAL when I came there NONE. I asked the lady to help me to find my size at another store. Refused and told me she cannot do it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shame on you.

When i bought my makeup online, i went to click and collect, just to find the liquid foundation BROKEN, the press powder BROKEN.. whoever packaged it didn't think to bubble wrap because its fragile merchandise, very disappointing that the picker and packer couldn't think

Ackerman's is the worst with online shopping 🚮 Ordered on the 2nd of April,never received an update on my parcel today on the 11th when I sent someone to collect the parcel they requested a QR CODE and an OTP which they have never sent..I totally regret shopping online

The shop assistant have attitude asking a male by the name of Vuyiswa just point to the stick than helping. The teller makes you to wait be ready,good luck Disappointed
