“From the outset the Activequote consultants have been courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to check in with us every year and even when both we and they know we're better off 'staying as we are' they take just as much care. “Two points. The renewal letter from AVIVA is dated several weeks earlier than the date on which it reached me? Therefore little chance to think about the terms in advance of the renewal date. Secondly, because of an ongoing requirement to visit my specialist consultant (6 monthly) I have no choice but to stick with AVIVA as, either restricted cover or no cover would be obtainable elsewhere. Therefore AVIVA have me over a barrel on the premium front and effectively they can name their price.”

“I've been using this company for several years now and have found them to be excellent. I buy my health and car insurance via them. They always get me a good price. Always very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.”

“After many calls with different brokers Howard from Active quote was the first to actually listen to my needs and tailor the quote as necessary. He also wasn't trying to put me under pressure to close the deal as other brokers were. Also had to make a few changes along the way which were no hassle at all. Great service indeed!”

“The only thing that prevented me from rating 'very good' was that my adviser had overlooked sending me a (quite detailed) application form to complete until just before my deadline. This put me under a good deal of pressure and I ended up with a few days of 'broken cover' (not helped by the Easter break.) Otherwise a pleasure to deal with”

“Last year 2014/2015 was the first year I had dealt with Active Quotes and I found their executives to be well organised,helpful and efficient in administrating my requirements.As a retired person ,containing and reducing costs is a priority.My renewal notice from Aviva for a second year has just come through showing an increase in premium without any explanation.I have accepted this but would appreciate in future advice on whether what I am being offered from an existing Insurer remains suitably competitive.”
