Appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Having bought a potato rumbler, it eventually arrived with ONE man in a van without a tail lift. He asked me to help lift it off the van - I am a small 60 year old woman! It got thrown around and dropped (all on CCTV). When I opened the crate the electrical cable was severed, Adexa have been absolutely NO help in putting this right. They don'st answer calls and deny speaking to you. I have had the appliance for six months now with no resolution.

The customer service is awful. I placed an order late on the 5th and tried to cancel this morning (14 odd hours later) due to reading the reviews on here. Avoid this company at all costs. They claim an order is "dispatched" once they process it to the warehouse so you can't cancel an order without incurring a 25% fee. I will be going to trading standards regarding this.

Shouldn't we all get together and involve Trading Standards. These scammers should have their website taken down to avoid further unsuspecting people ordering their rubbish?

THIS IS A SCAM! It is actually ridiculous and appalling customer service considering they call themselves 'The Catering Equipment Specialists'. I have not received my order. I have not had any update whatsoever! I have been calling and sending emails to their customer service for 2 weeks straight and no response whatsoever! This is the worst customer service I have ever come across! I do not trust this service and will continue to share my feedback until I receive a response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - DAMAGED ITEM DELIVERED THAT DOES NOT WORK. COMPLETE REFUSAL TO PROVIDE RETURN ADDRESS AND REFUND. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

AVOID. Absolute joke of a 'company'. I wish we read the reviews before placing an order because pretty much everything I have read in the reviews has happened to us. They don't answer phones, they lie, they deliver a complete different product and expect money for returning something that wasn't even ordered? They mug everyone off and I'm surprised they are still trading. Beats me as to how/why you would want to be part of such a jobsworth, cowboy company. Says a lot about the scum that work there. Would love to see this company get what they deserve:)

If I could give no stars I would!. I ordered a fridge but had to cancel within 24hours. So I was I told that it was dispatched and had to incur a 25% stocking fee to cancel. So I asked for the fridge to be delivered so we don't lose out . Now they want a 5% cancellation fee for the fridge to be delivered. Magdalena was answering all my email with their customer support email from the beginning. The email's was rude with very little knowledge of the English language. mainly copying and pasting the terms and conditions of their contract in the emails. Payment has been debited from my card. I've been chasing for an update on email with no response from their office for 5 working days now. No body answers the phones, so you can't contact any one in person. This company is a small time money grabbing company that just doesn't have the resources to deal with any kind of problems. I am still either owed a fridge or my money back. I've yet to receive any. Stay away from this company.

RUBBISH COMPANY- STAY AWAY I would give LESS than 1 Star if I COULD. STAY AWAY FROM ADEXA. RUDE and incompetent customer service. Received my item broken and when claimed a replacement they asked me to send the broken item at my own cost and NEVER RECEIVE the replacement "!!!!!!!!!!!!! Noone answer their Phone number and they are now NOT Replying to emails or webmail messages !!!!!

not even 1 star they deserve it should be -100 Very Bad experiences, gave me Faulty Electric Fryer Twin tank 12kW 2x10 litres | Adexa DF10L2, and than asking money to visit for engineer, what a ripp off comapny, below peoples feedback are correct, well STAY WAY from ADEXA,

I wish i would have read these reviews before i purchased my item. Shocking company to deal with and when you aventually get through to them on the phone all they can say is i appologise and not actually resolve the issue. They asked me what i wanted them to do in the end and i said courier the item to me the same day. God help us with companies like this!

The Blender Unit is 3 months old and leaks, I finally got through to someone who said I needed to get an engineer out to give a full report before they would send any parts to replace the item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Look at their feedback

Freezer unit seemed to be in working order on arrival but one of the copper pipes was bent coming out of the compressor. I’m not an engineer and didn’t think it wasn’t supposed to be like that. The unit arrived 5pm on a Friday and I left it until the gases settled and turned it on the next days I called adexa Saturday afternoon to say the u it sounds like a tractor! They were closed until Monday when I tried again with no one answering the calls(ringing out and hanging up) I managed to get someone on Tuesday. After two visits from engineers(sayings they can’t believe the unit is working and it’s over freezing(clear damage) and 4 months later. Adexa respsone was it’s still working(turning on) so we won’t be fixing it. Although adexa has cheap prices it’s exactly what you get...... cheap

I was going to open my business on October the 17th and on the 5th I bought 2 freezers from them. The delivery estimated date was within 3 to 5 working days. Nobody from the company called to tell me that my delivery would be late. So, after 5 working days I called the customer service (the worst one, you can not imagine) and they told me that my freezers would be delivered only on 26th. I had to buy from another company which would be able to delivery in time, so I canceled my order with Adexa on Thursday 17th. Then, suddenly on Monday 22nd, they called me and said that they were at my door delivering it to me. I refused to receive, because of course I had already cancelled. The Company did that to stay with 25% of my money as they have on terms and conditions if you return an order you have to pay 25%. The point is that I had already cancelled, they knew it, but they sent on purpose to make it looks like a return. What a nightmare, don't recommend.

Save yourself a heap of trouble and frustration, do not give this company any money, they do not sell what you ate expecting unless you want broken equipment and no replacement and then no contact, Bandits!!!!!

Don’t buy from this company. I spent a lot of money with them, ordered my items over a month ago and still not delivered. I have called over 130 times and emailed no response and money has been taken - STAY AWAY
