Absolutely shocking company, cannot believe they are still in business, equipment did not work on arrival, they did not answer the phone or respond to email, we had to have an external company come in and repair the "New" equipment, do not go anywhere near them !!

The worst company ever. Still waiting on a refund as they sent the wrong item. Will not reply to emails. Avoid this scamming company.

WHAT A AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I HAVE ORDER THE ITEM 1 MONTH WITH THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.15 DAYS LATER I FOUND OUT BY PHONING THIS COMPANY ITEM HAS NEEN RETURNED AS APPARENTLY IT WAS DAMAGED, ASKED FOR REFUND 15 DAYS GONE SYILL NO REFUND THEY JUST IGNORING, DO NOT BYU FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Why are you ignoring my emails? YOU ARE THE ONES THAT MESSED MY ORDER UP. All I'm after is my money back. The worst service I have ever experienced!

These people take your money and when you ask for a refund they do not get back to you. This company is absolutely pathetic. Don’t but their products because you would not be happy with your purpose.

Never order with this company. I ordered a walk in fridge and the deliver only the panels without the cooling unit . After a week finally someone answer the phone and the they told me that the don’t have the compressor for that room in stock and they don’t know when they will having in stock . I asked for a refund and they told me that will give me back only 75% . When I asked for the name of the person who I speak with he told me that is not allowed to gave his full name . Don’t do my mistake and order from them .Thank

Avoid this company like the plague!!!! Dreadful, awful company. We ordered 2 fridges and a “B grade” freezer to match. Apparently their B Grade products are returns that they sell at a discount (actually think this is just an illegal selling tactic). Placed an online order on 16th April, was all confirmed on 17th April, money taken on 20th April and then emailed on 21st April to say the “B grade” freezer had already been sold. So we decided the best option would be to cancel the order as we wanted all products matching and this dreadful company couldn’t accommodate this request. We were then advised that the T & C’s stated that we would be charged a 20% restocking fee (what the actual ####). After many days of trying to contact them to no avail as they refused to call back and left the poor customer service team to deal with the angry customers, whilst the account mangers would only email, we were told there is no movement and tough #### basically. As we were so very disappointed and after asking around also heard their products are poor quality, we decided to go ahead with the cancellation. At which point, even though we are in dispute, they now advised that they’d dispatched the fridges!!!! I kid you not. So now we have a fee for restocking and a fee for the dispatch. And we can do nothing as they have our money!!!! We are then told that the items need to come back into stock before they can process the refund and it will take 4 weeks after this to refund the money (funny as it was taken within 4 days). It is now 7th June and we’ve just had our refund, minus over £400, absolutely disgusting. I’ve had to wait for the refund before I could review and warn you poor people who have orders pending as I was worried they would keep our money longer. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional disgrace of a company in my life and hope this review will save some of you the stress and upset that we’ve had to endure. Please, please DO NOT use this awful dreadful company.

Even the one star is too high for these guys. Please see how many people are getting screwed over by them. I spent months chasing a missing fridge. Getting hold of anyone from customer services is impossible. Thankfully after a lot of email trails and persistence I got a refund. But many don’t. How they can operate is beyond me.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH ADEXA. I paid for a sink nearly 2 months ago and it has still not been delivered. No responsive to any emails, dead phone line yet they are still accepting orders?!?!?!?!

Unboxed package to discover wrong item had been delivered. Tried contacting their 'support department', phone lines are dead and emails are unresponsive. This was 5 weeks ago, I have still not received my correct item nor has there been any effort to rectify the issue on the company's behalf.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, unresponsive In 22 years of business, this is the most frustrating company that we have dealt with. Ordered items worth TENS OF THOUSANDS for a kitchen refurb for a care home full of vulnerable older people. It was straight away difficult to pin them down on delivery dates. Our contractor started the job based on their promised delivery date. Almost one month later, still missing thousands of pounds worth of items with no due date / eta offered by the company and they continue to ignore calls and emails. Considering going to the press at this point as I am running out of options. Headlines: - Not delivered on the date promised, now almost 1 month since order - Phone lines dead, nobody answered - Emails ignored - Contractor asked for ETA or refund, no response - Contractor had to physically go to their Croydon office - Rather than give him an ETA or refund, they told him to go away and that they weren’t going to answer his questions, he just needed to email / call - He asked to speak to a manager, instead they CALLED THE POLICE! - Manager eventually came outside and promised an update on delivery last Tuesday - No update, but some of the items showed up last week - 7 days later still waiting on the rest of the items (worth thousands) - commercial cooker, 3 cupboards, tap - Still no phone lines or response to emails - ~20 elderly and vulnerable residents left without a kitchen for 1 month instead of 1 week due to there still being no cooker or tap delivered Care homes and other healthcare facilities are under quite enough pressure at the moment without having to deal with this kind of thing and it is profoundly unfair on the vulnerable residents that we look after.

Longs delays in delivery. No information on when the items would actually arrive. Damaged on arrival. No response from the company. This is a one star rating only because it's impossible to give it less. Avoid.

Sick to death of ringing and email and not getting a reposes. I placed a huge ordered costing a large amount of money and only half of it was delivered with no information regarding when the rest of it will be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a fridge to assist with our food bank service as part of the ongoing Covid-19 service. It arrived, no sign of any damage but when we switched it on 2 days later, it did not work. We were informed that due to the pandemic the fridge could not be collected or replaced And their services manager Mark said he had the authority to instruct us to get an engineer to repair it and they would cover the costs. We did so and the fridge then broke down again. The engineer had informed us it may not work for long as it is a manufacturing fault and hasn’t been put together properly by Adexa. We have insisted on a full refund and want to return the goods. We have heard nothing since and on the rare occasion we did get through to customer services we were told that Mark no longer works there and to contact the enquiries email and also that he had no authority to instruct us to repair the fridge despite me having an email to say he had. I have made numerous phone calls which are never answered, emails etc.... Yep you’ve guessed right.... have heard nothing. We are a small charity ran entirely by volunteers and have had to fork out for another fridge to ensure that we can meet the needs of our community during the pandemic. To say I am absolutely disgusted would be an understatement. While the cost of a fridge may be minimal to some it is a large amount of money for us. On the first occasion I spoke to Mark when we discovered the faulty fridge I was told that it was down to senior management who were worried about the company and scared they would go bust. looking at the reviews on here I fear they may have or will do due to poor customer service. At this point if I could leave no stars I would.
