Items were late to be dispatched, communication was poor. Phones go unanswered. Courier attempted delivery a day late and 2 hours past the delivery window we were provided with in writing. No goods received. No response to emails or phone calls. Ended up doing a chargeback through the bank and now they are disputing it. Avoid at all costs. The worst catering equipment supplier I have ever encountered in over a decade. Will never use again. Try Caterkwik, Nisbets, NextDayCatering or one of many others who actually deliver products and respond to customers.

Fraudsters. Bought an item only to receive a different item when delivered. Its now been 6 months- I've made over 400 calls and sent 15+ emails with no response or effort from Adexa's side to correct the issue. They post misleading marketing content and images on their website and then elegantly avoid any responsibility in their terms and conditions. Please avoid these people. Also this company is directed by a Turkish national Mr.Hakan Baykal who is happy to turn a blind eye to reap profits while cutting corners in business during a pandemic.

Do not buy! Recently bought the Adexa 32l table top oven/grill to use during kitchen rebuilding project. It arrived ok, but we will not use it. Very poor quality cheap tin box with exposed elements, uninsulated outer casing that rapidly heats to dangerous temperature on top and rear. Can only be operated for one hour with mechanical timer that ticks loudly. Destined for the builders skip. Lesson learned.

Not the best quality in the world . But it was cheap and arrived quickly and works ok for my needs. Pretty much what I expected for the price. So i'm happy with the service I got for the price I paid.

Stay away from this fraud. Still waiting an order that was placed 2 weeks ago. No response from the customer service despite I keep getting their emails which say that my orders were shipped Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ever.

Please do not go buy from this company. I brought a microwave which was faulty no response from Adexa it pick it up or refund. Please, Please do not buy from this dodgy company.

Avoid this company at all costs! Purchased an upright display freezer from them, when it arrived, it seemed very poorly made, and unfinished. Following instructions, we set it up anyway, and within 24 hours of switching it on, the unit went faulty and shattered the glass door (luckily it happened while we were closed, and nobody was around). After trying to get a resolution for nearly 4 weeks, we purchased another unit from another supplier (almost the same price) and that has now been in-place and working with absolutely no issues for 4 months now. Had to obtain a refund through the bank as Adexa simply were not responding - and we've been left with having to try and dispose of the useless product they sold us, as they know it's rubbish and don't seem to want it back! Absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever, which wouldn't be so bad if their products were any good!

We ordered a drinks fridge. It arrived 6 weeks later worked for 2 months and they would not replace refund or repair. They are irresponsible and do not care about any firm of customer service. I spent 1500 repairing a fridge that had the incorrect thermostat the condenser of a freezer in it and adexa has still not refunded us or compensated us and will not help with taking back the faulty fridge. Do not de with adexa. They are not worth it.

Fraudsters, we ordered a B Grade fridge from them which arrived in much worse than B Grade condition. Expecting just minor dinks, scratches and damaging to packaging which is what B Grade is, we instead had a very heavily damaged fridge which has major panel dents, and even the compressor itself has damage. The control panel does not work either so we can't adjust the temperature of the fridge making it faulty. Can't get through via Phone, on email all is responded is "ITS BGRADE" and they're refusing to help. Just wish I had seen the reviews before ordering via this company and then wouldn't have, they do a good job in hiding the review sites on their search results to help their scam continue.

Adexa has been a nightmare with deliveries and customer service. They do not answer calls and emails. We placed an order for a fridge and a freezer on 3rd of June and received two fridges. By the time we returned the second fridge, the freezer which was supposed to be reserved for delivery was no longer in stock! So we returned the second fridge on 20 July and 4+ weeks on we are still waiting for a refund. They do not answer our emails and calls and are withholding our money. Avoid at all costs!

Wish I read the reviews before hand. Placed an order then realised the items wouldn’t fit so rang to cancle the item to be told there is a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the item. £90 to restock something that’s not even been delivered. Items have arrived damaged, tried getting in touch with them requesting they compensate me 25% of the value but no response. I will be reporting them to trading standards as this company needs to be closed down. I’m kitting a full factory out and so happy I didn’t spend thousands. Will not be using again, worst customer service ever.

Everyone needs to get on to trading standards about this company. They are ripping customers off for there hard earned money. I will be starting a Facebook group on how we can all come together and take action against these crooks! Please no one buy from these, your new equipment will break after 2 weeks and they will not have to replace it as it’s in the small print. Please read previous reviews before buying I wish I did.

no quality to any of the equitment that i purchased. they sent me a fridge that the cold just escapes. and the other freezer and glass front fridge are nice but the quality is so poor. edges like blades! I called costumer services and spoke to management. apperantly the director of the company states my chiller is suppose to be like this. Far from helpful. They kept blaming the virus to be the fault of everything!Bascally the chiller cant hold any cold as its just open with gaps on the sides. Cons , and rip offs!

As per a number of other reviews I can only add to list that this is the worst Company I have ever dealt with. Item ordered and paid for. Non delivery but claims that delivery was made although video evidence clearly shows this did not happen. No refund and now having to take legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want any form of service.

We had an Adexa Polar tall Fridge and after it was plugged in, it kept freezing food instead of chilling it. We asked for advice and this was offered. We cannot get the thermostat control work and we were told to pay for an engineer to check the fridge out. it was confirmed we needed to return it or get spare parts. We were then informed it was only supplied with 14 days warranty and up to 12 months spare parts. We have phoned and emailled them for spare parts and still, no response. Still no fridge for us to use. The company should not be in business if they have no after sales service and disregard for Customer Service.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with. We ordered a freezer in April. The Freezer was not in stock and expected in May. In May the Freezer was delivered the outer box was perfect when we unpacked the freezer it was badly damaged and unusable. We reported this immediately. I was asked to send photos of the damage which I did. Then nothing after countless phone calls and emails and threat of legal action they took the freezer back. Adrxa has total disregard of their customers. I would say to anyone NEVER buy anything from this company. How they are still in business is unbelievable!

Absolutely shocking company, cannot believe they are still in business, equipment did not work on arrival, they did not answer the phone or respond to email, we had to have an external company come in and repair the "New" equipment, do not go anywhere near them !!
