Really disappointed. We bought one fridge from Adexa Direct and it after 3 years burnt the compressor. We got in touch with them but they just they said they don't have a technician to refer us. They just sell and say bye bye to costumers. Bad service. Run away from this company.

Send broken and damaged item inside new box then refused to do anything about because it took us 48 hours to install.

So many 1-star reviews, is not a surprise. Having made the mistake of purchasing an ADEXA product, the equipment stopped working after 6-month, although we purchased the equipment through an ADEXA distributer (CANMAC CATERING EQUIPMENT) Canmac & Adexa were both totally unhelpful when attempting to use the 1-year warranty. We asked an independent engineer to look at the 4xFryer, it was beyond economical repair. Seems ADEXA are poor/cheap quality products and this is industry knowledge. Shame I wasn't aware of it beforehand. So we disposed of the equipment as it was unrepairable and had to purchase a replacement fryer. It isn't just the money/cost, it's the severe lack of customer service and support from both of these companies, absolutely disgusting, don't touch either company with a barge poll.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I puchased 2 office chairs from this company, 1 came incomplete (missing parts) and the other was faulty (wouldnt go up stayed in the lowered position) i contacted them regarding replacements or refunds 2 days later and was told it wasnt within their 24 hour returns/refunds policy so i wasnt getting anything. Working in a busy office unforutnately you dont get the time to unpackage and build something the second it enters the door. the customer care team are horrendous and had zero interest in working with us once they had our money. AVOID

Costumers service complete joke, I bought on Black Friday lots of kitchen equipment and after 7 days I place the order 6 items of 7 was out of stock. After 2/3 weeks am still waiting for my refund . I been emailed them end they didn’t care a fly what I said . They requested my refund but when after 1 week I checked the money was not yet into my account I back to them by email when finally ask me for my bank details to put money back. Let seeing when I get my money back 😞

Ordered a stainless steel free standing sink unit at a cost of £285, reduced from £500. When it arrived I was shocked at how rough and shoddy the unit was. The welds on the legs were split, the adjustable feet were finishing by a metal plate being hammered into shape leaving multiple razor sharp edges to cut up the floor. The bowl was tack welded to the frame by the smallest welds I’ve ever seen. The whole thing was flimsy and an example of cheap fabrication. Wanted to return it and was charge £40. When contacted the company attitude was abysmal.Apparently the picture of the unit on their website was “only for illustration “ and the purchased item didn’t have to be of the same quality. And all the faults were “ your opinion “ Was going to use this company to fit out our three canteens, not now.

I bought a hot chocolate machine that broke on the forth day of using it. Adexa willl not refund the item as its been purchased three weeks ago. They told me I had to pay for an engineer to come and look at the machine and state what is wrong with it. Then they would send whatever part is needed for the machine and I would then have to pay an engineer again to fix the machine with the new part. Complete nonsense and a waste of £300. They said all of this information was in the terms and conditions. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from this company. The customer service is awful and they will sell you faulty equipment.

This company is dreadful. Very poor customer service: rude and unnecessarily personal. Product came late and was faulty. They refused to refund. Avoid at all costs! We have purchased dishwasher,ice maker, microwave,after Few weeks all became faulty one after other we have called the customer service the saying we can't do anything even if it's still under warranty Avoid this rubbish brand (Adexa)it's waste of money and time Cheap ,pay a bit extra buy decent brand not Adexa

Terrible company, the worst customer service I have received - I ordered storage boxes which arrived carelessly wrapped in a thin plastic sheet, not packaged at all for safe delivery. The boxes were cracked and broken on arrival. I complained to Adexa but was completely brushed off and told that these products had passed quality control tests and were in working condition therefore non-refundable. I had asked for a replacement but my calls/emails were ignored and responded to by automated messages. Now I have storage boxes with broken lids, cracks and holes in the bottom which I cant use and the company wont accept any responsibility for. I wish I had checked the other terrible reviews online before buying from this company. Avoid them!

DHL make a schedule for delivery 3 times for a delivery never came End of the day send me a masage there don’t have access for delivery totally lying my address is a main road what ever is there duty to find out my address Adexa customer service so Rubbish I cat explain it just worse and I made call at list more then 30 times and request for talk to manager and send email there never answer the mail I thin there main business is robing customer delivery cost again and again Not send the purchase I have paid again delivery cost ring back And now said oh doesn’t have received parcel from DHL

Everything! Received the product, opened it just outside their 24hr window which apparently is their ridiculous t&c’s for reporting damage. Unfortunately it arrived on the one day of the week were are closed so didn’t open it that day. Box was completely intact but the product inside was badly warped and dented, obviously a faulty product was sent out in the first place and clearly not damaged in transit. Despite many pleas and phone calls (we are a very small cafe and can’t afford to just replace the product) the company were immovable. Customer service shockingly bad. Requested a complaint be raised and Manager call back and was told that these are reviewed at the end of the day and the Managers decide if you warrant a call or not. We clearly didn’t. I have never had such bad customer service. Particularly in these challenging times when all businesses should be helping each other. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just two new straight shelves so that we can put the product together. I am now taking this further and reporting to the ombudsman. Please BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a bratt pan 3 years ago, and required a new gas knob. was told that Adexa do not supply spare parts, even for their own goods. I have contacted many other spare part suppliers, who have all said neither do they. So be aware if you order from Adexa, there is no back up from them or any other suppliers for their products.

I bought a dishwasher, never worked well. After six month started have big problems. Customer service doesn't provide a list of "accepted engineers" but a registered and high reputation engineers report has not been accepted the report...awful service

Do not buy from adexa i ordered and paid for an 8 litre deep fat fryer they sent a 6 litre and when i raised it with adexa she assured me it was an 8 even though it’s full to the top from 5 and a half litres of oil it’s no good for my business it’s to small do not buy from adexa they lie and they rip you off

DO NOT BUY FROM ADEXA. This company is TERRIBLE. They supplied us with a faulty freezer - a freeze that doesn't freeze! Despite Adexa admitting that the freezer was sold faulty and needed to be rewired, they have refused our request for a refund or replacement. We are now almost £600 down and cannot do anything as we didn't tell them within the 14 day window (it was 25 days) despite the fault being intermittent. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with and they're beyond rude.

I ordered two metal kitchen tables (flat pack) for my business, which arrived promptly but during unpacking and assembly, we noticed that both were damaged. Both tables were dented significantly on the worktop areas (aesthetically undesirable for our open kitchen) and one was also dented in an area where a leg is supposed to slot in and I had to pay someone to bend it back in order for the leg to fit in. I had ordered similar items from Nisbets, which arrived in better packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging was the real issue. I decided against requesting a refund or exchange once I read their ridiculous and questionable T&C's, so I simply left the above short review to warn other customers. I've responded about 5 times to their customer care team and all I have been offered to make this right is roughly a 6% discount (£30) on my almost £500 order value. This offer was followed by a warning that I can't return the item due to their T&C's, even though I hadn't even asked for that or wanted that. I believe this was a silly tactic to scare me into accept their insulting offer. Who would buy a significantly dented table in a shop at a 6% discount?! One wasn't even fit for purpose due to the leg not fitting. I asked for 30%, but according to them that is dramatic. They offered the 6% again, but I declined and said I will share my experience instead. My company will no longer use Adexa Direct. I recommend avoiding this supplier!

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. I am currently in the process of Suing them, I wish i would have read the reviews before buying from them. They don't publish poor reviews on their site. I purchased a commercial oven that cost over £1600, and it failed after 3 weeks. I reported the parts (which are covered by warranty), and they are refusing to honor. They won't help get me a part or even let me purchase a part from them. The customer service is so bad. So now I need to bin their oven and purchase a new one from someone else. They only deal with you by email, they blamed the failed part on our maintenance saying we need to clean the oven more... its 3 weeks old.... Id give them zero if i could.

Bought 2 bar fridges. One works but the other dosnt. I called them to get a replacement and they said it would be on my cost to send the item back!!! WHAT!!!! They said as I signed for the delivery it’s my fault not checking it! This company is absolutely awful. MORGAN at customer services should be ashamed for working for this company!! I will do everything in my power to stop this company from trading. So other people don’t get done by this.
