Wow, I wish I had read down the list of reviews before I spent my hard-earned money with this company if you can eventually get through to a member of staff you're fine it hard to deal with then and I can only believe life working for such a poorly run business with such shoddy equipment must be soul destroying. If you are considering making a purchase with adexa, just take a lighter and burn your money you'll find it far easier to deal with

Awful service. Trolly we ordered arrived damaged and they don't care. No reply to email and rude on the phone. Avoid.

Bought a trolley, does not suit space. Need to return it but was told we have to pay transport cost and restocking fee. Also requested to send multiple photos of a trolley which was taken out and put back into box immediately. Nisbets no questions asked and can return.

This company should be closed down i received 2 fridges they were damaged, the driver refused to take them back ,customer service what a joke they dont even answer the phone this company is a CON

No one should use this company. They sent an incomplete order with only 3 out of 4 items delivered. The whole order was left in 1 crated package on the door-step as per terms - but until unpacking you can't tell what's missing. The problem is that Adexa simply refuse to deal with this - phone 'Sales Support' is useless - they just say "checking in warehouse" or refuse to answer. E-mail goes nowhere, not even a response. Can't believe this kind of business is still trading. Should be option for zero stars.

Just had my fingers burnt with this company. Paid over £1k for an industrial dishwasher and due to me having it, unopened for over 2 weeks due to plumber not being able to look at it, they will not let me return it. I even said I was happy to pay the return costs and it was in the same packaging. DO NOT USE this company. I know i won't.

If only I could give them minus stars! I feel such an idiot, why on earth didn't I read the reviews before I ordered from this completely dishonest, incompetent and unprofessional company. Goodness knows how they are still in business! Learn from my mistake, DO NOT purchase from this company.........

Please avoid!!! This is company is a complete joke, they're completely unprofessional, they rarely answer the phone/e-mail and if they do they lie and try to make you feel like you're the criminal. I reported them to Trading standard like many others and I don't understand how they're still allow to trade?

I made 2 orders with Adexa. One was fine. The other is a disaster, the product is not as described on the website, very cheaply manufactured, doesn't perform to its spec, but so far I can't get Adexa to accept a return. I've just read their T&Cs which basically say: if you're unhappy with what we sold you, too bad. Wish I'd checked the reviews BEFORE buying from them. Avoid.

Very bad management and ignoring people is phone call all the time. After 3 weeks of ordering my fridge. I had to ask for refund and now telling me I have to wait 10 days to get my money back.

e star is too higher rating. Ripe you off with next day delivery, doesn't turn up. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Don't buy from these cowboys.

Never ever order any products from Adexa , they are cheap and all of my bar equipment broke after 6 months of use. Customer support doesn’t support any parts or customer service. One item from new was missing parts , they will not deal with missing parts. Told me to order again and putting it together. I’m very surprised such a company exists. Avoid it is my recommendation. They need to close down.

Extremely poor customer service - items have turned up late and damaged, and it's impossible to get through to customer service on the phone, and they are very slow to respond to emails. Also refused to exchange damaged item, despite having spent thousands of pounds with them and having had previous issues with other items purchased from them. Will not be using this company ever again and would not recommend anyone else to use them.

Please save your time and money! They are absolute scam artists. I've been waiting since April 2019 for a refund after my item arrived with only half. They will push you off for ages and eventually give up. I've reported them to trading standards.

I don't know if this review is going to help anyone, because most of the time the people are searching for reviews after they are getting in trouble(same as me). I have ordered from this company some equipment for my business, worthing few thousands of pounds. After I have placed the order, money obviously run straight away from my account, I gave them a call to confirm with them the delivery, so I know how to book in the team to install them. After 5 times of ringing them, eventually one lady answered and gave the most rude attitude "will receive the items 3 to 5 days) and slammed the phone without leaving me the chance to say a word. After 7 days without any items received, I tried to contact them for 28 times but no response. Next day, again I rang them, and I had the chance to a lady which was more professional then her colleague, and after explaining the situation, she called me after few hours and informed that I will receive the delivery on that day. I quickly booked in the team to install the items, as already my business is loosing money. But unfortunately I haven't received anything. Tried to ring them again, no answer. After I done some research I found this reviews from previous clients, and I really don't understand why authorities don't do anything to protect us?! It was clear for me that I have to inform my company solicitor so we can inforce the legal actions against them. Therefore, people please, stay away or do your research Before is to late.

Do not buy from this company. Appalling customer Service, appalling technical support, can't get our item repaired without paying for an electrical technician. Shocking company, the Directors at senior level need to read some of the shocking reviews, wish I had read them before buying from this dreadful company. Don't respond to emails and they hang up the phone.

Adexa Direct Avoid this company at all costs 1 star is too much for this company. Bought 2 coffee machines, 1 failed after 1 used, tried to get a refund, the company says no, sending back to company was like running a marathon backward & blindfolded, in future, I would happily pay double the price for some decent customer service. if "croydon Trading standards" were doing their job properly this company would have been shut down years ago. After the 1 machine came back was told it was working ok, but the 1st time I used it after its return the coffee leaked out & burnt the kitchen porter. , will not waste any more time with this company.

The biggest regret I have in dealing with Adexa is not doing sufficient research into the business and reviews on the business. Every negative review on Adexa was a mirror image of my appalling experience in their general service. They were directly responsible for two months loss in trade but so elegantly avoid accountability in their terms and conditions, which also happen to breach the online consumer protection laws. Do your research, read the suppliers terms and conditions as this will give a clear indication of what kind of business you are dealing with. Do not let price govern your purchasing decision and use extreme caution before purchasing from Adexa.
