“Not happy with the service Got no signal all the time after paying £250 Everyone antenna is on top of the roof Your guy put mine on the side of the house I mentioned that to him but he said it doesn’t make a difference And now got no TV It takes a small wind or a rain to lose signal I need that to be fixed now”

“Engineer arrived without the right bracket. I’d specified what I wanted to the sales team when I booked the appointment. He went back to the yard to collect the “correct” bracket. When he’d left I noticed that the bracket was not the bracket I had shown him - I wanted the same as on my kitchen tv. Spoke to the sales office. Very patronising and rude operator. No help at all. Told me the engineer would call me but no call to date. They charged me over £300 for putting up a simple tilt and swivel bracket. Be careful with these people. Vastly over priced and not helpful once they have your money.”

“All I can say is I got what I was expecting & MORE. The man was great with advice, done the job of fitting the new aerial quickly, with no fuss. We were still having trouble with our 2 tv's, He checked all the cables, fitted a new supply link from the aerial to the splitter box checked & tested both tv's. Brilliant. The phone call from the office to check we were at home & let us know what time he would be here made it all that much easier for us to be ready in regard to covid 19. A heartwell thanks to all at Aerialforce”

“Engineer came Thursday 4hours late, told me I needed a new booster £100plus vat, I said no as the same one I can get for under £30. told me I needed new internal cables running. I sent him packing and finally found the fault and fixed myself.”

“Was quite happy with aerialforce the engineer advised us on what we needed and fixed the problem within half an hour, but we bought a new tv and had few problems setting up with connections, so we rang aerialforce and the lady was quite abrupt but did pass on message to engineer and he rang us gave us little help but said we would have to pay again for call out, i wasn't happy about that but he did phone us next day to see if we had sorted the problem and gave us more advice which helped us fix problem thanks”

“Easy to book the appointment. The job requested was done well no mess created. Engineer was polite, knew what he was doing and just got on with it. Engineer left after asking me to make sure the problem had been resolved, which it had.”
