“Happy for a number of reasons Advance call to remind me of the appointment Reliable - the engineer arrived within appointed time Work required was fairly priced and discussed with me before work commenced Engineer was experienced and did a clean and tidy job Engineer was polite and personable and as a customer I felt I had received excellent service TV aerial working exactly as I had hoped. Very happy customer”

“The guy who came out was a con man - my mother in law is a pensioner and he quoted £289 to install a TV cable into the kitchen using the existing aerial cable that went into the lounge. All he had to do was create a join and run a cable through to the kitchen. Thankfully I knew he was trying it on and I told him straight out that the price he quoted was ridiculously over priced. He then realized he was about to lose the job and immediately reduced the price down to £167. He then said if we didn't proceed with the job he would have to charge £49.99 fee for checking that the signal from the aerial was good enough. The fact that he was going to charge us £49.99 regardless of whether we proceeded with the job we were left no choice but to proceed with the job at £167.00. I still feel this is overpriced considering he only had to create a join to an existing aerial cable and run a new cable into the kitchen and fit a magic eye. Even with providing a magic eye I still feel the price we paid was too much. Oh and I was really annoyed when after 30 minutes into the job I caught the guy sitting comfortably in an armchair in the lounge watching the sports channel. When I walked in on him he got up and began working again. This guy was a joker! I will never use this company again and anyone doing so should do so with caution. Those who do I prey to god you don't get the same guy we did.”

“Pete Kingston, from Aerial Force, provided an exemplary service in fitting a wall bracket to accommodate our 55-inch television. He endeavoured to ensure that all the cables were appropriately concealed on a par with our wishes. There were complicated aspects to the task, which he focused on in a highly professional manner, dedicated to ensuring that the work was completed to our total satisfaction. Consequently, on the basis of our own experiences, we would not hesitate in recommending Aerial Force to others.”

“Generally a good service., the only thing I would say is do not charge 25 +VAT for a 2 way splitter, especially when you are already onsite and doing the work. That is a rip-off. The rest of the work was fine. Nice and friendly guy.”

“Very speedy response to my request and prompt and good service from the engineer, but very expensive at over £70 for a 5 minute job of adjusting the aerial connection to the Freeview box. Took longer to take payment and complete the paperwork.”

“I requested to have the satellite dish that was already at my house checked to see whether it would work with my own receiver box. The engineer took almost two hours to do this with long breaks during which he would disappear and go back to his van to smoke. After two hours he called another colleague to understand what the problem was as he was not able to fix the problem. Then he said that the existing satellite dish and my receiver were both too old and that I would not be able to see all the channels. Meanwhile another hour went by. He said that I would need a new satellite dish and a new receiver but he needed to go back to the company to pick a new receiver. He said he would be back in 20 minutes and he returned almost an hour later. When he left five hours had gone by and I was asked to pay more than 550 pounds. Soon after he left I discovered that the receiver for which I paid 200 pounds was available on the market for 70 pounds as it was an old model. I called the company and emailed them to complain about the poor service and the excessive costs but no one from the company ever discussed this with me nor did they reply to my email to give an explanation. Overall, extremely disappointed about the poor service and the highly over-priced items sold to me.”
