Very good communication prior to visit. Operative was punctual and friendly and gave advice prior to giving estimate. All works carried out promptly and whole place left clean and tidy. Great service.

The fitter came and fit a new aerial however he lifted the lead flashing on my chimney stack and has just left it open for water to get in. I have contacted aerial force 3 times for it to be fixed they keep saying we will look into it and someone will call me back however they never do each day i have to contact them instead and get the same answer. I will be contacting again today!!!

Aerial force had an engineer round within 2 hours of my first enquiry who identified my problem on the spot and quoted me the cost to rectify it with no obligation. I decided to go ahead as the work could be done immediately so a very speedy result overall!

Job was done very quickly by a really nice man called Vinnie. Would be very happy to use him in the future. We thought it was expensive but the job was done just a short while after our phone call and done well.

The engineer was competent and diagnosed the problem very quickly, no complaints there. However to fix the problem a new masthead amplifier power supply was needed. I was told by the engineer that power supplies are not sold separately but this is not true, I bought a power supply for a tenth of the price I was quoted for your amp & psu and fitted it myself in 2 minutes. To be honest I feel like this was deceptive salesmanship to try and make me buy something I did not need.

The office staff were very nice. Quick service. But the arial fitter was not very amicable. This is a mobile home, my partner got under the home to enable the coax to be taken along so the fitter was saved that job. Thought he would have said thank you. Because I did not want to pay for an expensive tall, arial with all the bells and whistles as it was for one ordinary t.v. in the bedroom I think that he was not happy. The arial is the same height as the old one but facing the other way. It is not ideal as even bbc one breaks up. The old one gave a perfect picture and served two televisions. My arial is the only one facing the way it is..

Lee Warner was very friendly and got the problem sorted out and explained what he was doing. Our freeview was back up and running within half an hour of him visiting. Highly recommend.

the gentleman arrived and advised us that the problem was only a minor one, it turns out it was my tv that seemed to be the problem, he was very polite and a very good advert for your company, to save either one of us any embarrassment I agreed to pay the price he asked, it still shocked me that such a minor job could cost £80 + vat I am a proud pensioner and feel a fee of £40/45 would have been more appropriate and fair, I would like to think you understand the reason for my comments, therefore I would ask for a partial refund of approx 50% if that would be possible....regards Mr E Diprose
