As with other customers, you failed to turn up when arranged twice. I waited in all day and had a call at 4.30pm to say they would not be attending. Then it was re-booked for an 8am - 1pm appointment and still did not attend. Several phone calls from me just to have some representative give me a load of bull regarding the non-attendance. I asked them to contact the engineer and was told they couldn't because of health and safety......Go figure. I suspect the real reason is because you are nothing more than a booking agent for engineers and don't actually have anyone working for you directly.You have very poor reviews and I am not surprised if this is the level of customer service that you provide.

Phoned these jokers on Wednesday afternoon and they promised they would have someone round on Thursday (today). Received a call at 4.45pm to be told no one would be coming. Please don’t waste your time with people unless you want to spend your whole day waiting in for nothing to happen.

Just moved into the area, aerial etc required thorough check, rang Aerialforce and arranged for an engineer to call the same afternoon. Lee arrived, what a guy, no hard sell, just an excellent knowledge of systems. Totally agreed with his findings and he carried out all the necessary work the same afternoon to a very high standard. Not the cheapest by any means, but all the wiring etc is so neat and the service was so professional, it was worth it, thank you

Over priced, didn't fix the problem, arranged visit twice and let down both time eventually it got fixed..utter rubbish! Just use someone local!!

Since free view had cocked up all the channels in the Northwest both our TV had gone haywire, could only get one channel even after 30 re-tunes, call i Aerial Force, on the Monday engineer to come between 8.00am and 6.00 pm, he rang after 7.00 pm, so next day same time never turned up, on each day i rang them and go fobbed of with excuses, finally on the Wednesday morning engineer arrived at 8.30 am, checked our system and re-tuned, nothing on channel 22, went in to loft put new aerial and re-tweaked both TV`s with Blue Ray HDD box, now we can get the normal channels as we did before the 12th August upgrade, it cost us £150.00 to get all our channels back, new aerial and re-tune TV`s, this include the vat, looking at the price i suppose you get what you pay for, but it`s not our fault if free view had not done an upgrade we wouldn`t have had to pay out £150, i wonder if we will ever get it back

Ridiculous price for the job done. The amount I paid, they could send extra person to help him mount the TV. It was hugely overpriced for a less than an hour job.

Phoned them and they came out the next day, excellent service, professional, and Carl whom attended my property knew within a few minutes what the problem was first class service thank you.

Failed to show for appointment 9-6 e mailed them at 3 with appointment 9-6 not helpful Chatted to Sophie on chat at 5:20 then got a call at 5:40 very rude saying engineer would have called by 4 pm if there was an issue and that he was confirmed I explained that it will be after 6 if there is a 30 min call and she over spoke and was very RUDE It’s now after 6 so BEWARE they lie and waste your time

Waiting for Tv installers since Sunday no call received call Monday morning to only stating they would come between morning slot 8-1 only received call at 4 stating they were not coming . Very disappointed very poor service

Sadly this is a cowboy organisation. I needed an alignment and a minor system upgrade for Sky Q. Two guys arrived in the morning and promptly disappeared for parts. Two hours later they returned. They installed two switches (total cost £200), spent ten minutes realigning the dish and gave me a bill for £1,300. Sky came a week later and the system failed all the tests for Sky Q. When I called to ask this lot back again their attitude was so aggressive that I decided to cut my losses. The money I spent was completely and utterly wasted.

Booked an appointment for the next day and never arrived. Called midday to check and was told yes coming this afternoon... never showed up and no call. Absolute waste of time!

Googled local aerial tradesman.. and was hijacked by this firm. They weren’t local and were obviously a firm who were only interested in making money... given a reasonable quote by them to put my aerial back up( broken bracket)... ended up paying nearly 3 times the quote for putting my aerial back up ( fitting new bracket) ...

We arranged an appointment in Bristol for my 83 year old mother-in-law to install her new television and aerial this Tuesday. She waited in all day but Aerialforce did not arrive, only calling at 5pm to let us know that they wouldn't be coming. We rearranged for Thursday, and Aerialforce promised they would arrive by 1pm. They did not. When called they said they had been delayed but promised to come later in the afternoon. At 4.45pm they rang to say that yet again they would not be coming. This is terrible customer service, especially considering that Aerialforce were dealing with a vulnerable elderly woman. Do NOT use this service. Unreliable and disrespectful of their potential customers.

Rip off merchants, terrible company and were on watchdog for this. Do your research online too find out the full details. Engineers are told to make up problems so that jobs are worth more, Beware!! Engineers are payed by commission so the more money that they earn the more they get paid which leads to them taking advantage of people.

Engineer was professional and polite however company advisor quoted £49.15 over the phone, this differed from new quote on morning of appointment (vat was separate) and then when done it had almost doubled in price. £78, for a simple repair. Would not recommend.
