“While I actually like aero for the most part, I will never order from them again. Status has not changed on my order for almost a month and good luck getting ahold of them I tried the online chat and say I. The que 3 times for over 30 mi utes just for them to disconnect me and send me an email saying I missed the chat after, I emailed and never received a response, and never got ahold of anyone through phone either. I am starting to see there is a reason they don’t have the ability to cancel your order from your order. There are plenty of other brands that are as good if not better that know customer care and I will give my money to them.”

The company does not respond to email, I stayed on hold for 1.5 hours before I was hung up on, I was in line on chat for 2 hours before I was disconnected. IMO, the company is now a scam and using their previous reputation to steal.”

“trash customer support/service. got an order number confirmation email and that's about it, 5 days later and no tracking info, submitted 2 help requests and have yet to get a response. tried to call and talk to someone like I prefer and all I finally got was a voicemail saying sorry no one is here. not sure why they have such terrible sources from customers to receive help with their orders. I've had a better time getting support from a scam sight. I then broke down and sat in the que for the online chat support, waited over and hour then got kicked out when I left my computer for a few minutes to go to the bathroom. “I ordered a .936 adjustable gas block from their website, which showed the item in stock. They happily take your funds and do not ship. They also have crappy customer service. Their chat keeps you in the cue forever, then drops you right before it is your turn to speak to someone. Then they have the nerve to email, saying they missed you. The certainly know how to email marketing information multiple times a day, yet cannot respond to a customer. It is a shame, because they generally have good quality products.”
“Horrible company. Ordered lower parts kit Nov 29, still no shipment nor update of any kind. Tried emailing, calling, chat, no answer. Charged my card day of order inc a $3.00 international fee which smells of fraud. Beginning to really hate US companies and Aeroprecision is moving to the top of the list. And we have zero recourse to hold them accountable. Will try to have my bank declare them fraudulent and reverse the charges. But my bank sucks too so I'm probably screwed.”

“I purchased a 6.5 upper that showed in stock when purchased. This was at the beginning of October 2024. I received an email confirmation for the purchase. That was the last contact I had until I physically went to their place of business at the beginning of October when I returned to Washington for my holiday brake from AK. I received an email from an account specialist saying they had no stock and were expecting stock in 1-2 weeks and I would be receiving a shipping confirmation. I have not received any word from them once again. I sent another email asking about the order with no replies. I do not recommend purchasing directly from Aero Precision as their customer service is the worse I have ever had to deal with. If you do decide to make a purchase I wish you all the luck dealing with their customer service. My first 3 calls I was on hold for over 2 hours per call then got cut off. I then tied their chat line which took my 3 hours to finally chat with someone with no resolve to my case.”
“I’d give zero stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE. They list parts as “in stock” and processing times are 3-5 days (some parts of the site say 5-8 days), but what they don’t tell you is that those “in stock” parts have a god knows how-long lead time on assembly. Customer service is non-existent, so you can’t cancel orders in a timely manner, or even get some sort of ETA. I wish I would’ve found these reviews and the subreddit faster. I would’ve taken my money to PSA or another company from the get-go, where they actually care about their customers.”

“Run away from this company !!!! I purchased a “ in stock “ item and paid for priority shipping . They charged my card immediately, but never sent any type of confirmation or details on my order . They have absolutely no customer service . You can call them and get placed on hold ( automated answering service ) for hours and nobody will ever pick up no matter what option you choose . I also tried their online chat where my chats were automatically placed in 171 in the queue. I tried a few times and always started at 171 , then 250. Again , you can wait for hours and never make it even close to #1 in the queue . Each time I waited in the “ queue “ for over an hour watching the count go down but was “ disconnected “ each time. I have also emailed their customer service multiple times and again no response. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and have multiple complaints / claims filed against them , where all but one has not receiving a response from Aero. After reading their recent reviews and claims filed against them , I have realized that I made a mistake ordering from this company and hope nobody else does the same . I’ll be contacting my bank over the charge and will also file a claim against them with the better business bureau . I will never use or recommend Aero Precision again .”
