Everything I am reading is what exactly is happening to me. They are terrible I ordered parts two years ago no problem.now this nightmare I think I will have my bank freeze the account and get my money my back.

BEWARE!! Aero Precision was a wonderful manufacturer of AR-15 and AR-10 components to build your own rifle. I have used them in the past, and love the parts I bought. But in the second half of 2024, Aero Precision changed. They charged my credit card immediately, and then didn't ship my products. It has become impossible to talk with their customer service. They act like a company about to fail and go bankrupt, after burning through your money. After THREE MONTHS of unfulfilled promises to ship, I got my bank to forcibly reverse the credit card charges. I bought "in stock" parts in September 2024. AP promised 1-3 week shipping times. I used their chat feature to ask customer service for an updated shipping estimate. It took quite awhile to get a customer service agent, but I finally got one. They didn't know when it would ship specifically, but reiterated that in stock inventory ships within 3 weeks. After a month, the chat feature got impossibly long to wait for. I used their web form, and got an email saying their staff was working on getting me an answer. Multiple web form inquiries never received any answer. I resorted to calling. First, they reduced their telephone hours (closing at 3 pm). Their wait times stretched into 2 to 3 hours. If I called at 12:30 pm, it would become 3 pm and they would hang up. If I called earlier, after 3 hours of waiting they hung up. I did get through on the phone one time. The agent told me that the assembly I ordered was not, actually, in stock; they had most components, but had delayed the order waiting for one final component (a handguard). It was expected to ship about 11 weeks after my order. She offered me a $50 store credit for my trouble, which I took. But you can't use that without ordering something else. I did that, but AP never shipped that part either. They have now removed the customer service chat feature from their website. They don't answer web form inquiries. They don't advertise their phone number, although you get it if you place an order. They don't have an email address. If you go to "Contact Us", there are only articles about their products - there is no way to actually contact them short of showing up at their front door. Finally, in late December 2024, whenever I call, they don't even put me on hold any more. Their phone message simply says, “We are sorry. No one is available to take your call. Please try again later.” No one will be there later, either. Throughout all of this, they continued to send me daily emails teasing great parts, flashy new paint schemes, seasonal discounts, and blemished part discounts. All the emails do is rub salt in the wound of them keeping my money without shipping any parts. Today, they still advertise 3-5 day shipping times (1-2 weeks for FFL items) -- which is not true. I am deeply sad to lose this manufacturer -- but I advise you not to trust them now. They will take your money (charge your credit card), and I fear you will become one of thousands of unpaid creditors when the company is liquidated. If you find Aero Precision components sold by other retailers, I expect they should still be well made components and ship promptly -- until the retailers can't restock AP parts either. :-(

They do not email back, I ordered Xmas presents a month ago. I have no idea what is going on. No one answers the phone you are on hold for hours. if you try to text through them if your not constantly moving your phone your thrown to the back of the line, and trust me there is normally 160 plus people waiting to text them. Horrible costumer service. They sure took my money, I just don't have a clue where my gifts are. I'M NOT HAPPY!! If your in any hurry to get something this is not the company to use......

Will take your money and then you can’t get in touch with anyone and they won’t ship your order for months . Horrible experiences

Zero customer service. Took my money. Never received order confirmation. Have not received a call back. Hours spent on hold. Has been a month and still nothing. This will be the last time I will spend a penny here and will be sure to spread the word of this travesty of once a respectable company.

Review of Aero Precision: A Customer Service Nightmare I can confidently say that Aero Precision has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you’re considering doing business with them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere because they clearly have no interest in serving their customers or even staying in business. Emails? Ignored. You can send email after email, detailing your issue or simply asking a question, and you’ll get nothing. Not even an automated response to acknowledge your message. It’s like shouting into a black hole. Phone Calls? Don’t Bother. Calling Aero Precision is an exercise in futility. You’ll either be left on hold indefinitely, greeted by endless ringing, or sent straight to voicemail. Spoiler alert: They never return calls. Live Chat? More Like Dead Chat. Their “live chat” feature might as well be a decorative button on their website. Don’t waste your time thinking you’ll get any form of real-time support—or any support at all. It’s painfully obvious that Aero Precision has completely given up on customer service, and by extension, their customers. If their goal is to alienate their entire customer base and close their doors for good, they’re doing a stellar job. I wouldn’t trust them to handle a paperclip order, let alone anything more important. Save your money and your sanity. Go with a company that actually values its customers. Aero Precision clearly doesn’t. If they’re not out of business already, they will be soon with this level of neglect.

Getting a hold of customer service in impossible. Was on the phone over 1.5 hours just for their line to go out. You try to call back and all of a sudden no one is available and to call back later. Their on line chat is a joke also. Over 4 times i have been disconnected from their chat just before I was in the 10 next in line to be answered. You send e-mails never a response. I just want an update on my order because I assume they are way behind on their 3 to 7 business days for shipping...

Ordered upper 2 weeks ago, no confirmation email or anything. No problem charging my card but sure can’t get ahold of them. 3 emails and 4 phone calls… crickets…

I wish I could leave zero stars. This company is TRASH!!! Only shipped 1/3 of the items I ordered and refuse to talk with me. Emails, Chat, Phone calls for days and nothing. How are they still in business. I encourage everyone with an order to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. This company is a Joke. They will not send your products. SCAM SCAM

Ordered before Halloween, Its December, they’ll take your money real quick but not deliver your products, do not answers phones, they says they value your customers but they dont have any common curtesy to call you.

A consumer lawsuit, occurs when a customer or group of customers believe that a business has violated their rights, often through deceptive practices, faulty products, or unfulfilled promises. These can be individual suits or class-action suits, where multiple customers with similar complaints band together to sue a company. There is enough reviews and collective stories about Aero in the last year to kick something like this off. They will continue to operate this way until something is done about it. Anyone interested in pursuit ?

I've been in the gun business for 30 years and have never dealt with a company with as bad of customer service. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days. But they had no problem charging my bank account and not send me any of my order information. I will never deal with them again, and will never refer any of my customers to deal with them!!!!!!!!!!

This company is Dog Sh*t to work with. The customer service is a joke. Your card will get charged, and there will be no item to show for it until 3 months later, with no updates, and when you do want to talk to their brainless employees it will take 2 hours over an online chat.

I literally had an order take over 3 months to deliver. They make mediocre parts that get the job done but horribly ran company. I would buy elsewhere!

I will never buy anything from this company again. Never got my full shipment and can't get ahold of them to save my life. Was on hold for over 30 min twice trying to see where the rest of my shipment was. Put in 2 requests for an email back and still never got an answer. So if I were anyone looking for parts or full rifles check out a different website. Screw this company
