0345 cost a fortune from some mobile networks including EE. So you revert to some BOT on chat. No personal service and then they cut you off when you finally get through to someone. Where has personal service gone. Will not be renewing home policy. I will look for a number that is free and some sort of decent service. Typical of larger companies these days and cannot recommend.

Very poor in dealing with my claim ie lack of knowledge, pushed from pillar to post to different departments, where the left hand did not know what the right was doing, waste of shareholders' money, not able to put in writing what they said on phone, took 8 days to say claim was not insured, meanwhile my storm damage undone, waiting for the insurance to sort out. Usual delay and lack of customers' complaints, until CEO contacted. However, been told it will be upto8-10 weeks before CEO will be notified of the result of enquiry. I thought we are in Digital age not Carrier Pigeon/Smoke Signals days.
