“what do I need to do to get a reply from you? Ive sent two messages already but no feedback! Im trying to track my parcel (order 5.1., today 16.1.) but dpd let me know that the tracking number you have sent on the sending confirmation in “not in their format” and they cant find any parcel thats on the way to my delivery address... I dont kniw how to approach this if you dont reply to my messages, plus I really need the items I have ordered... update: finally got a reply to my 3rd message with the information I needed, the delivery service didnt leave any notification so I didnt know the parcel was in the pick up store and found out just in time before it would have been sent back... so problem solved in the end but it was a bit of a hassle...”

“This was the first time I bought something from Aggressive Health. As I live in Sweden, it took 7 days from order date until I had it in my hands. I am very satisfied, because there was an item that is not possible to buy in Sweden. A nice little note said the name of the person who had packed my goods. Thank you! I will buy from you again.”

“Customer service is really bad. No replys to email. They have taken an order from me worth £120 Rhein it was delivered the DPD driver told me half the order was missing I signed for the one half. Erin I contacted them ref the remaining part of the order they said that I had signed for two boxes and that was that. And guess what nothing, NADA,no interest in my lost £60 at all. Useless company.”

“Fast and easy. Good customer service when I called to correct the shipping address. Only suggestion would be that you might want to update the product photos. I hesitated buying some Dragon Herbs initially because it looked like old product.”

“Good delivery, good items! Just lucky, that I was at home on the delivery date and time, otherwise not sure, when and how I would received it. Even though, there is my phone number inside the box on the paper, there was no number on the box. Knowing that, I made a note, when ordering again, please add my phone number on the box, when posting. Nothing, again my number wasn´t there, Which makes me a bit worried to order again. Had previous bad experience, when I couldn´t get hold of the delivery company and they sent it back to UK as they didn´t have my phone number. It was night mare to deal with it. So having the phone number there, would certainly help a lot.”
