“I buy from AH on monthly basis. I buy only Vimergy stuff as this is recommend by Medical Medium - Anthony William. Those supplements are best and purest. I never experienced any issues with AH. The delivery is very fast and on time - mostly the next day. One product arrived damaged once and I was reimbursed for the damaged item cost with voucher for next purchase. The only thing I would say is bad is that I spent a lot of money with them - in the ballpark of £250 a month and I was never given any discount nor offer for the products I buy..”

“You forgot to mention about the additional fees outside the EU. This action cost me +20% of the original price. The product has not started working as I expected, maybe it take some time.”

“what do I need to do to get a reply from you? Ive sent two messages already but no feedback! Im trying to track my parcel (order 5.1., today 16.1.) but dpd let me know that the tracking number you have sent on the sending confirmation in “not in their format” and they cant find any parcel thats on the way to my delivery address... I dont kniw how to approach this if you dont reply to my messages, plus I really need the items I have ordered... update: finally got a reply to my 3rd message with the information I needed, the delivery service didnt leave any notification so I didnt know the parcel was in the pick up store and found out just in time before it would have been sent back... so problem solved in the end but it was a bit of a hassle...”

“Honestly I love the Vimergy supplements but I really was not impressed with the shipping. I was given the wrong tracking number and dpd was really not helpful or satisfactory on letting me know what to do. I have to call your office twice and then the shipping company 3 times. So honestly I’m a bit disappointed with my experience for my first time.”

“I'm giving three stars for the quality of products, but would prefer to know when they are arriving. I recently requested an integrated receipt of my purchases, and was met with the attitude that it was all too much trouble. I was told by the owner to make the receipt myself or pay someone. Not all companies are that indifferent to keeping their customers happy.. Planet Organic willingly helped. Bear in mind I spent well over £1,000 in less than a year!”

“I know you try hard, but the lead wasn't Uk (even though I was promised it comes with a UK lead), then when the UK lead arrived very quickly, it is half the size of the American lead, which is very inconvenient as I can't move it through the room and sit on the sofa when I sit in front of the light. Also I referred lots of people to you through the Energy Blue Print with Ari Whitten and in his book it gives a discount code for the company. But I got over that now.”
