“We were not sure if we were entitled to any compensation but we contacted Air Delay and they handled everything after providing a few details from a 24 hr delay we had in 2011. It had taking a bit longer than we would have liked but all in all we were kept up to date every step of the process and received a satisfactory conclusion less commission expenses within 6 months of our initial contact.”

“Had a claim rejected by the airline around 5 YEARS ago, Was advised by another claim company it was too late as I only had around 5 weeks left of the six year cut off to claim, Air Delay handled the claim with no real problems, result was 400 Euro each for my wife and I, well worth it.”

“Air delay were very active to secure my compensation but I felt quite harassed by them emailing EVERY day to see if I had received the money. My friend did her own claim and was paid in four days. Mine took four months.”
