The service I encountered through Air Delay has been exceptional and remarkable. The Individual who dealt with me was so helpful. Initially I was reluctant as I have never used this service before but having experienced their expertise I would recommend them to everyone. Please don't delay make a claim as you will never regret it. Excellent service continue the hard work and reward people who deserve it.

I entrusted Airdelay with two claims against Thomas Cook. I had attempted to get compensated for several years, with no successful outcome, until I contacted Airdelay. Within a matter of weeks they managed to get both my claims settled. I found them to be very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Would I use them again, if the situation arose again? You bet i would. Thanks guys for achieving success with both my claims where I got nowhere with Thomas Cook.

Even though was confusion on my part...didnt know flight numbers etc these people found everything for me .......started my process 17 april and paid out 30 may......6 weeks...how good is that.....very impressed and recommend highly

I had a delay of 4 hours on an outward flight due to a technical issue with the aircraft, saw the advert contacted Airdelay, verified the details with Butterworths - and that was all I had to do before the cheque arrived !! My experience with Alex at Air Delay and the team at Butterworths was very straightforward and much easier than I expected it to be. Thanks Guys :)

Good service as i didn't know the flight details as it was three years ago and Air delay found it.All they had was the date to go by. Kept updated by text message and as i wasn't expecting the money back it was a nice surprise which will go towards a future holiday.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome AirDelay got for us. I had tried to claim many times over the past 5 years without success, I even tried through CAA and got nowhere. When AirDelay took on our case I was sceptical they would have any success. However we were shocked and delighted to hear they were successful for the full amount of compensation ie 600 euros each. Paying 25% to AirDelay was well worth it as up until now we had zero compensation. Thanks Again

I was delighted with the service air delay provided. Compensation was awarded to three of us who endured a 36 hour delay to Las Vegas. Without air delay we would have never claimed, they made it easy. hanks so much

Air Delay website made our claim easy to submit. Our claim was 5 years old so we anticipated problems trying to take on the airline ourselves. Air delay pursued our claim via their solicitors and we were very pleased with the successful outcome which took approx. 6 weeks as we had been advised when we submitted the claim. Would recommend them . Their charges are clearly stated up front so no nasty hidden 'add ons'

Was a great service! Gave some details of flight we were on in 2011 which was delayed 11 hours, Airdelay came back 5 months letter with the full amount of compensation for my husband, my two sons and me amounting to Euro's 2,400. I tried unsuccessfully for two years myself so had given up hope. Well done Air Delay!
