“My flight was cancelled for 2 days by British Airways in February 2015. After numerous emails and phone calls which they ignored, I put my situation in the hands of Air a Delay. Within a matter of 3/4 weeks I had received my full compensation. A very impressive service which the Airlines obviously respect.”

“I had already tried myself to claim compensation regarding my flight delay with no luck after numerous letters. I contacted Air Delay and straight away they made contact. They kept me up to date on a regular basis. I really wasn't expecting to get a lot or if anything at all but I then received an email asking for my bank details and the following day £700 was deposited into my account.”

“I was exceptionally happy with the service provided by Alex and his team, he managed to secure full compensation for the 6 of us who had a 12 hour delay on return from Mexico, the Travel agents and airlines had said we would get nothing, but with Alex help we got the full amount. Karen, George Green”

“After getting turned down by Thomas Cook after an 19 hour delay and vein told it was outwit their control and entitled to nothing. Sent one email to so delay and they fought our case for us. they kept us informed o what was happening and 3 months later won our case and has the money into our account in 6 days. Yes they take a quarter but they have the resources and knowledge that I didn't so to me was with it as I'm still £885 pounds better off.”
