“I've used Airfordable twice. Customer service has been top notch. One of my flights on my trip was canceled by the airline, not Airfordable, so I had to find another flight. Ended up with an even better flight and there was no charge. The person assisting me, Samantha , was pleasant, timely and professional. Do not hesitate to use Airfordable if wanting or needing to pay over time.”

“Just had the best customer service experience with one of the Reps Samantha she was helpful and pleasant all the things you look for when needing assistance. This is my second experience with Airfordable and I have no complaints, no matter what the issue is someone will try to address it in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone.”

“I've used Airfordable for two trips. One to the UK and the other a domestic work trip, both times were easy and a great experience. The customer service was very responsive when I had a question, and I spent less on my domestic flight than my coworkers by about $30 even with the service fee. My only recommendation is to read the rules and follow the directions before buying.”

“Recently had my wallet stolen, with debit card included. So, of course I had to cancel my card. The next day my payment was due with Airfordable, but of course it canceled due to me canceling the card. I chatted with Samantha, who changed my dates for payment. She made it possible to keep good standing through a tricky time. Great customer service !”
