If you had got my name right and did not refer to me as Miss M Watts you would have received 4 stars. Please check who the addressee is first.

We prepaid, but there is no indication that you are in the right car park & the machine did not recognise our password. On return from our trip there was no visible organisation to tell you about the car park, only a general information kiosk. Signage definately needs improving. Not impressed !

you have emailed me saying i am Mrs Pearson. I am not so clearly you have got me confused somewhere or my email address has been used by someone else which seems unlikely

I would have given you at least 4 as I think Liverpool airpark is v good - however as I am not 'Mrs V Clark ' I have to say that youre rubbish because youre not even claose to getting my name right.

This survey was sent to me for a completely different person whom I don't know about. Worried how it links to my personal specific email address. God knows what they have done with any booking I may have made. This might explain why in January the airpark wouldnt let me in despite booking in advance. The barrier wouldnt move and needed to contact the helpdesk.

Car 40 mins late 'greeting' us. Could have got a bus to long stay car park twice over...poor customer service when questionning where they had got to. Won't use again.
