Easy to find Car Park 1. Not so easy to find a space, but fortunately, eventually found a space near to a bus stop. Didnt wait long for a bus. On return journey the airport needs better signs advising where to go to wait for the bus back to the Car Park. There are plenty of signs showing which way to the Car Parks, but I didnt see any signs saying 'Bus Stops this Way'.

They are a very efficient organisation. When you arrive, you never have to wait more than five minutes for a minibus to take you down to the airport. Likewise when you return, the longest time I have had to wait for a mini bus is 10 minutes. A great service at a very reasonable cost.

Ok on the way there , nightmare when picking it up. They parked it miles away in another long stay car park and took over an hour to locate car- had baggage n two v tired kids. Not using this company again.

Paid to have meet and greet service at Birmingham airport, on the return of my car I was unsure where my car had been parked, I was told it had been parked in a car park, but I am sure it has been parked in a field, because the car was covered in mud, the driver said they had a few pot holes in the car park and it had been raining, the tyres, under the wheel archers and on the body had lots of mud on them, so they must have driven my car at high speed through these pot holes to get that much mud on it, I have taken photos should you want to see them, shall not be using your "car parking again" I paid good money to have my car parked in a car park not a FIELD. Directions to Jet park 3 were out of date. There is no roundabout for right turn. Otherwise OK.

Booked online expecting easy access as reg recognised at entry.Did not happen.Had to contact "Help" who said you did not send over complete number plate Had to go thru same old rigmarole of obtaining ticket and presenting it on return causing delay both out and in .Not happy! What a waste of time.You dont need this extra stress.

Journey to the airport was great no complains. The return at 1.30am was made by a non communicative driver who obviously liked the heaters on his bus at full blast and a loud boorish radio programme. Not a great impression for my first time using this facility, very poor welcome home to Scotland!

We always use Jetparks and don't usually have any problems. Recently I pre booked on entry it didn't recognise my car registration & I couldn't scan my bar code from confirmation email, spoke to someone who let me through so no issues with that. Bus collected me within 10 mins, happy with that. However when arriving back, got straight on bus from terminal, taking us to J2, we needed bus stop no. 2 as this is where I parked. The driver drive in the car park and totally bypassed stops 1 & 2, we thought maybe he's going the other way round the car park so we waited, but then he went and drove straight back out, so we had to wait on the bus and do the whole loop again! We weren't happy. I thought the drivers were supposed to drive past all the bus stops?

the booking hadn't registered and we had to go to the ticket office and get a new ticket then on the way back we had to go and get it changed again

shame but we were kept waiting ages on arrival as the 1 staff member was in the other carpark checking other people in. he was then less than pleasant about my confusion about our return time and on our return the same guy wasn't too helpful when i couldn't find the return paperwork - reason i couldn't find it - he hadn't given me it. poor and not good value for money at all.
