Received pcn ticket for stopping on airport area where spopping is prohibited. I stopped for 2 min on bus bay to fix gps signal at 1.25 am. No buses opearting this time, othervise i use bus. Video van apparently was waiting to catch me. £60 paid over parking fee. Poor signage, uncertain rules, i feel myself ripped off. Disgusted. Relatives and collegues warned against this catch. I found online many people cought in the same place for the same alleged offence. Instead signage improvement, video van vaiting to catch drivers. Not recommended, never again, unpleasent experience.

normal, parking areas could do with being tarmac due to it being very difficult to pul suitcases especially heavy ones ove the stones

Would like to have had more detail as to where to pick up coach on return, also have never had to go into booth to have ticket validated before, on leaving car park. (usually have put ticket in exit machine and barrier lifts)

The booking process was very straightforward but unfortunately we had problems arriving at the car park as the number plate recognition didn't appear to be brilliantly effective. On both arriving and leaving the car park we had to make contact with the car park staff to get through the barriers and there was quite a delay in sorting it all out. I hope that this problem can be rectified as the price was very good and we would like to use Airparks again.

I thought the car park was poorly identified. When I entered the car park it took me a good time to find a space. When leaving the park through the same point it would not let me out and said a payment was owing ? The man on the intercom said its because I was in the wrong car park yet it had let me in after number plate recognition ?

Sorry for the low rating. This is because the technology let you down. It failed to recognise our car on arrival which meant on our return in the early hours we had to pay £108 to exit the car park. We have used your facility many times and usually we would have been happy to improve our rating.

Barrier would not open; did not recognize my car registration. Had to get help. They gave me a ticket that i could use to get out after holiday. Again the barrier did not open, not even with the card they had given me. Had to park the car again and go back to the office. Very poor overall, I am not sure why I gave it 2 stars and not 1.

Arrived at airport 20th May.. missed the turning into car park due to lack of signage. There wasn't any transport from the car park to the terminal at that time of morning (4:30). We had to carry 3 suit cases up steps to the road and drag the cases to the terminal. If the weather was bad, we would of been soaked. same with on the return back to car park. G ELLISTON

Staff snowed under at drop off, and car was 'lost' for 40 minutes at pick up. Obviously completely overbooked

Our car reg wasn't recognised on arriving. We had arrived in plenty of time, so it wasn't an issue this time. Young man on intercom was helpful and polite, and we have to report to office on return for exit clearance.

My car number plate was not recognised at the gate, despite advance booking and confirmation. I was then asked to go to a parking office to sort things out. The point of paying for car park 1 rather than for along term car park is to save time, but if I then have to go and wait for matters to be sorted out at an office, I do not feel that I have has good value.

The signage at London Southend Airport is a joke, as we ended up parking in long stay Car Park 3 as we could not find no. 2. I hope i don't get charged for parking in the wrong one!

We we're very disappointed upon arrival at Birmingham airport car park 2 that there was no record of our booking. The guy on the intercom told us to take a ticket and park and it should be sorted on our return. After collecting our car at 11.30pm and with a long drive to bristol and irritable 3yr old we were even more angry when told there was no booking record and we would have to pay again. Luckily I had printed the full confirmation and receipt so we managed to get out with not forking out more money but we were really not happy. I do intend on making a full complaint.

Was unable to leave as the ticket machine didn't read the exit details,I had to call the operator for help,he was very polite and swift with sorting out the glitch. However those 5minutes of waiting were something that I didn't need at 3am after having travelled all night.

Slow change with the airport.advertises 15 mins but only leaves every half hour.

Been charged on exit (last night 4/6) been trying to ring for assistance /resolve the error but unable to speak with adviser paid £39:60 (19/4) As leaving carpark card was used to exit & I was charged £75 !
