"AVOID like the plague!!! I would give negative stars if I can.\n\nThis company is unprofessional, unhelpful and simply criminal. Parked there for a weekend and came back to more than \u00a3700 worth of damages to the car. Their spaces are so tight that any inexperience driver or on a rainy day, your car will get hit.\n\nDON'T LISTEN TO THEIR LIES. Whatever safe car park awards they are advertising are probably false. Their so called CCTV cameras are so few and far apart and do not actually cover the parking bays. No chance they will pick up any footage of a collision when your car is parked. And even requesting the CCTV footage was a huge pain in the bottom. After filing 2 online complaint forms, speaking to 8 different online agents and calling the actual car park office 6 times, the answer I got was they cannot tell me anything about the CCTV footage. All I wanted was to know whether their CCTV camera actually filmed my car in its spot or not, but they simply said they \"don't have time to look at the footage\". To me it sounds like 'you mean nothing to us after we take your money'.\n\nWhat's more frustrating is that the actual service provided was also appalling. They gave us a number to call when you land so that they can send a bus to pick you up from the airport to get to the car park. Took about 10 tries before we got through, each time playing an automated message that says, \"sorry the staff at Airparks is busy\". Then when we got through, they said that they will not send the bus until we are physical outside the airport and at the bus stop before they'll send a bus. We called again when we were outside in the cold and rain, again taking many tries before they answered and said a bus be there in 5 minutes. Little did we know 5 minutes for them meant 30 minutes. They refused to answer our calls again during our long wait in the cold and rain. Some people in our party even caught a cold from that wait.\n\nIn conclusion, if you value your car; your time; your money; or your dignity; pay a few pounds extra and go for the official Luton car parks. This incident I saved \u00a34 pounds in booking but wasted \u00a3700 + higher insurance premium (because I filed a claim to get the CCTV footage as the car park won't review the footage for me), hours of my time, and was rudely spoken to by all the Airparks Shortrun\/Holiday Extras employees. Some of them even ended an online chat after I said them refusing to help me is equal to aiding the hit and run offender. My advice is that take this review seriously and read some others who have said the same. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. This was my worst experience with a heartless corporation."

“Scammers! For one day I had a long layover pay 75 pounds which I had already paid almost 40 pounds! When attempts to contact, telephone, e-mail until now I did not get any reply! I do not recommend!”

“I pre-paid for my car but had trouble when I tried to leave the car park. As my ticket was rejected, I had to press the help button. On giving my details, I was told that the automated number plate recognition system clears bookings after 30 days. My booking was 31 days. Surely the details should stay on file until AFTER the end date?”

“The car parking was good. Th pick up on our return was terrible. The b us came in and there were a lot of people waiting, we were half way down the queue. He stopped about 2 minutes then left without anyone getting on the bus. Unknown to us most of the peiople were waiting for a different bus in the same bay. When their bus came the driver radioed to the bus which had left us and he came back forus.”

“Quick and efficient service. I want to thank the staff who were working on the 1st July,14 as when we arrived back from Canada (very tired after a long journey), we got back to the car park and were not able to gain access to our car, due to battery problems. My husband who is a diabetic, was desperately needing liquids and sugar. I stopped a shuttle bus and asked for help. When he had gone around the car park and on his way back to the airport, he yelled over that help was on its way. 2 mins. later a bus with two lovely guys stopped with a large bottle of drink and sweets. They were very kind and concerned and I can't thank them enough. We are quick to criticise but not to praise, so I wanted to thank them and let Airparks know how great they had been.”

“As we travel to Southern France frequently (we have a house there) and as it is such a long drive (we hire a car at carcassonne airport) we always use the srevices of Airparks, there aforesaid "services" are second to none. We have recently returned to England, our return date was 25/06/14 lo and behold the French air traffic control went on strike, to wit we were delayed one week, a problem, my car is only booked into East Midlands for one week not two, one very quick efficient an truly courteous phone call to Airparks and all was sorted and at no extra cost. Well done Airparks see you very soon.”

“We arrived on time at birmingham airport and waited for airparks man to arrive.after5/10 mins someone turned up tried to scan for booking in but ciuld not do so.We had to wait for a second person to complete bookingOverall we were there 25 mins, which is not what we expected.It would have been faster to park up ourselves, which is what we payed you extra for.”

“on arrival at gatwick it was not clear where the turning for the long stay parking was we had to go around as missed turning. on arrival at the barrier the attendant was not clear if we were at the right car park but let us in. parking spaces were hard to find would of been helpful for an attendant to show where parking spaces are located. Busses were quick & frequent on both outbound & return. Service desk on the exit were very good. Overall was ok & would use again.”
