On our return we had to wait for some time at the airport for the bus. Some of the other parks had 2 buses come and go by the time air parks came with the consequence that so many people were waiting we were squeezed onto the bus filling all the available space, standing room and all. This caused problems when we tried to collect our cases from the storage area and get off the bus. Very disappointed at the time waisted waiting, it wasn't what was advertised.

I had to cancel at last minute due to my wife becoming I'll and despite paying cancellation insurance they didn't want to know

I would have put Very Good but had a disappointing experience on the bus from the airport back to our car. This was the first time we had used the service and we were not aware that we had to press the button at our stop. When I asked the driver to stop saying that we missed he rudely said "How am I to know you wanted me to stop". True, but the rudeness was unnecessary. In addition, I would recommend that the driver asks each passenger where they are parked so that he gets us all to our destination faster. The driver's first stop was to Car Park A, but no one on our bus wanted to get off in car park A. It was very inefficient and not a pleasant experience after a long flight. I would recommend that the driver reminds everyone once they are on the bus that they need to press the button at their stop to get off. Apart from that, the facilities an convenience and all other staff were very good.

On departure service was great, very efficient, no problems at all. On arrival I phoned the number given 5 times before getting an answer (having sat on hold) over a half hour period. Once the bus arrived we handed in our ticket to the driver, then when arriving at the carpark our keys were not there. No major problem at all as was dealt with swiftly by a very polite gentleman, but they were delays you don't really want to have after a 12.5 hour flight with a 4 hour drive home.

Why has this email arrived BEFORE we've used your facility ? Do you know what you are doing ? We had to make phone calls to get the booking done as we received no confirmation of the booking from you. Now i have had to recheck the dates as you seem to think i've already used the car park . You do not seem to be doing a great job so far , although you seem to be able to spam me with 10% off emails often. How about 10% back off this booking as a good will gesture . Regards Mr r. woolley

I had to leave my car 1 day longer so I had to pay 15 pounds (!!!!) more! For whole week I paid 34 pounds. For me that's unbelievable. I'm very unhappy...

hello the departure was ok ,but on my return to the uk I followed your instruction's but was still left in poring rain for 15 minutes. also when removing the paper floor mat I discovered used cigarette ends on my floor mat which did not smell very nice.

Wrong directions. Number plate recognition didn't work. The old Air parks was far better

Drop off process is slick. More of a drag to reclaim your car and walk to find it - might as well be in the short stay car park. Using the short stay car park would also mean no-one else was in the car. When I got into my car again, absolutely everything that could be adjusted in the car had been - the heating, the steering wheel, every aspect of the seat, the radio and I still haven't got the the seat back to being comfortable for me. What was the guy doing in my car and how long was he in it to warrant all these adjustments to make him that comfortable!! Probably prefer the short stay car park and will return to using that. No benefit for the additional cost plus the annoyance of someone adjusting everything - surely only sliding the seat back and mirror is needed?

Would have got a very good however the Newcastle parking only had one shuttle bus which meant we had to wait in the cold and rain until the bus made it's return trip!

First time at East Midlands, whilst no problem was encountered I was disappointed to find that the Airpark Plus secure parking was infact non fenced and completely open to the public from the main road. Security patrols are quoted but rarely seen, and very limited CCTV coverage seems available, all in all very expensive for poorly secured off street parking compared to secure parking at other main airports for a lower price.

Hesitated entering car park for 20 seconds no one got out then proseded in to car park fined £100 pound it's a joke.

It is very expensive to park for a week, in some cases the cost is more than the flights, which seems peculiar, could it be you know customers don't have much choice unless they park off airport? Also its more expensive in the holiday months of the year
