As a previously satisfied customer, I booked long term parking through AirParks. On our return (at 1145pm) we were directed to the wrong bus despite showing booking and pre-paid ticket to the driver of what would have been the correct bus. On subsequent arrival at the incorrect parking lot we were directed by our (very helpful and pleasant) driver to the supervisor(?) on duty. This man was very brusque and, rather than attempting to assist me proceeded to repeatedly argue that I could not have booked with AirParks and had parked in the 'wrong' car park - despite my showing the booking confirmation (and directions) from AirParks. My eventual return to my vehicle and exit from the car park without incurring any additional charges proved the individual above completely wrong. A very unpleasant experience and shocking customer 'service' from the individual concerned. AirParks need to do better at ensuring its directions and e-communications are consistent with the information given to its staff, as well as ensuring some consistency and standards with regards to its staff attitudes.

The new system seems very good but lacking signs for the new entry into the car park. I am sure this will be corrected very soon. Thought the recognition of your car very impressive.

On return in the pouring rain several car owners were waiting some time for the cars and they couldn't be found. Seemed a bit of organised chaos and seems like better organisation and pre planning is in great need. prthaps a spot check is needed on flight arrival time to see what we arrived to. One lady wanted to leave her car for check in and seemed like it was such an effort for them. I don't like to give a bad review but someone in charge to take control is all that's needed. Other than that a great idea for convenience and would give it another try to see if this has helped.

First time I have used Airparks meet n greet. From drop off to collection of my car was so easy. Will definitely use Airparks the next time I go on holiday.

We have, in the past had excellent service from Airparks. However on this occasion it was awkward. Mainly I suspect due to changes at the airport itself that particular day which made actually getting into the car park difficult etc etc

Waited 15 minutes for the bus to take us to the terminal some people left behind as there are not enough seats to accommodate the amount of people parking. On the whole disappointed in the service.

The 2nd year running when i have paid 56.99, the ticket on exit asks for £128.00, why will it not let me out and have to ring for assistance and qoute payment reference?? What if i had forgotten to bring that information with me, not what i want to be doing trying to exit the car park!!!!

I was booked in a carpark but when i arrived it was full. I was told to go to jetpark 1. I did so. No problem. Holiday was ok . Bus shuttle out back ok. Exit of cR park ok . Your assistant was most helpful. And exit ok. ? How come park was full yet i was pre booked? That is y i gave poor. Overall i was happy with out ome. I will use the jetparks again. Having already pre-booked the car park I expected upon arrival the camera to recognise the number plate and raise the barrier, which did not happen. As we were running slightly late I just pressed the button for a token and duly parked my car. The token was deposited on our exit only for the display to show an amount of £108.00. When I pressed the help button I was greeted with an operator who with a condescending tone told us we should have used the help button when we first arrived. The issue was was eventually resolved without incurring any further expense.

the automatic number plate recognition at Glasgow airport car park1 did not work which led to confusion and inconvenience
