Hadn't used Meet & Greet before, but will certainly use it again. The service was first class and staff extremely courteous.

Glad we booked ahead as it was very full. You take a ticket on the way in which I assumed you needed to exit but you didn't so am not entirely certain how secure it is using just ANPR. Also some idiot had parked so close to us the drivers door was completely inaccessible so clearly badly parked cars are not removed as the signs stated. Climbing into your car at 1am after a long flight is not what we wanted. No major issues though and the car was as we left it. Overall I would say OK but underwhelming.

Booked in to your Cardiff carpark, directions were not very clear, we eventually found the Airparks Carpark, all locked up! Panic stations! as It was 5.30am so I went into hotel next to carpark and luckily found someone who spoke broken english, he said that airparks carpark had closed about 3 months ago & they had taken over the hotel! We proceeded to Airport as time was now against us to catch our flight and went into the Long Stay Car park 2 at the airport (which is on left hand side as you drive past to the entrance, your directions says the carpark is on the right?) To my relief the barrier lifted so at that point I assumed that everything was ok? To my relief again the barrier lifted on our exit, so please could you make it clear on your directions that the Airparks carpark is at the airport on your left, not as directions say on the right. Thanks.

The parking on arrival and leaving when we got back to East Midlands was very easy with clear signage. What was not easy was fi9nding that the route off the M1 roundabout was blocked and a diversion was in place. The diversion signs directed me down the London bound M1 and then stopped so having travelled some 10miles towards Birmingham on the "A" road I took the risk to get off the road and head back towards East Midland in the hope of another route to the airport which I found with more luck than judgement. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OF GREAT HELP, GIVEN THAT I THINK YOU HAD MY E-MAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER TO HAVE RECEIVED AN URGENT MESSAGE ADVISING OF THE ROAD CLOSURE, THE DIVERSION AND THE ROUTE OF THE DIVERSION. NOT ONLY WOULD THIS HAVE BEEN OF GREAT HELP BUT WOULD HAVE REDUCED MY BLOOD PRESSURE!!!!!

Buses very regular however there was absolutely nowhere to park and nobody to ask-people were removing tape and and cones from corderned off areas and parking on the pavement

At 12.15 when our flight arrived we had to wait for quite a long time for a bus to turn up but there were too many people and we were left wIting again. It was very frustrating to see all the sentinel buses arriving and leaving. There were several mums with tiny babies in arms and the service on arrival was unusually poor. Our flight from Corfu arrived on time so it was disappointing not to have trNsport wIting. I will consider using Sentinel next time.

Hello.I was very disappointed when I was asked to pay 16 pound extra on my way out of the aircarpark at 9:55 pm on sunday despite I had already paid till 10pm.This wasn't acceptable!POORE!

MADE MISTAKE WITH MY BOOKING TIMES AND CHARGED EXTRA £4 ON TOPOF THE £42 TO CHANGE IT WHEN IT WAS YOUR FAULT.ON ARRIVAL BACK IN THE UK TO PICK UP CAR CHARGED ME A FURTHER £75 ON EXITING CARPARK WHICH WAS EVENTUALLY REFUNDED.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.WONT BE USING OR RECOMMENDING YOU IN FUTURE

only negactive is that the carpark is not all tarmac and needed to carry the cases rather than pull them to protect wheels.
