We have used airparks (now purple parking) each time our car has been damaged, 1st time Airparks picked up the bill for the repair . Each subsequent time they have refused. Albeit only minor dents and scratches caused I would guess by fellow travellers opening car doors into the car next to theirs, suitcases being dragged between the cars. If you arrive back in the dark have a good torch , the car park is so poorly lit than you just cannot see incidents of minor damage. Damage has to be reported at the time of pick up! I think the lighting is so poor for a reason (i.e. so you cannot see any minor damage). We will not be using again

As I am not due to use your car park until 27th November I find it difficult to rate your service. Regards Derick Poulter

When booking I understood the bus went every 10 minutes which turned out to be more like 25 minutes on the way out and we were given the wrong place to pick up the bus on the way back as we were given directions for North Terminal and we flew into South Terminal so we it was not a very good experience.

This is the first time I have booked at Cardiff airport parking. The experience was fine except for the lack of signs going into and out of the car park. Could not see any disabled parking. Leaving was even worse, could not see any exit signs or markings on the roads.

Meet and Greet Parking is 'NOT' meet and greet. The advert should read 'Secure Parking near to departure area'! I paid for meet and greet which I used the previous year and dispite your staff being very pleasent, we didn't get what we paid for. I have an illness which means I can't

On arriving at the car park the machine was broken which would have resulted in us being asked for payment when we had already prepaid on return. Inside the carpark in each section were signs to say no entry. In the end people were simply driving in and ignoring them. On return the driver of the bus was unbelievably rude. Probably wont use again.

On departure service excellent & all went smoothly. On return we had to wait over 20 mins although we had tel from Baggage Hall. Then they did not have a ticket for us to leave the car park. We paid that ourselves ! Said they would send me the £1 !! Not exactly what you would call 'Meet & Greet' service Regards… M.Jones

Parked at Leeds Bradford Long Stay - Reportadly "1-2 minutes walk" to the main terminal - However as the car park closest to the terminal was closed for some reason, there was no indication at all that it would be closed and so spend the next 10/15 minutes driving endlessly looking for a space, I ended up parking in section 8c! - I challenge anyone to walk from there to the terminal in 1-2 minutes! The resulting 20 minute walk made me extreamly late and by the time I cleared the security I was running for my gate

The ticket issued on entry didn't work when I tried to leave the car park 4 days later and, because I couldn't find the booking reference, I was charged an additional £90 to exit the car park. Airparks have agreed to refund the £90 but it may take up to 2 weeks before it's paid into my account. Maybe Airparks should take a mobile phone number and send a text containing the booking reference. It's easy to mislay a piece of paper but most people take good care of a mobile!

Had to wait ages in the rain for a bus to pick us up when we arrived at the airport even after we had phoned to say that we had arrived we had to phone again and were told that a bus was on its way but as there were about 50 people standing one bus wasn't enough and the driver of the first bus was anything but pleasant we eventually got on the third bus not a pleasant experience having to wait with children in the rain after a long haul flight. Would I use flying scot again definitely not.

Flying Scot overbooked; had to venture into Edinburgh rush hour traffic with a crap map to find low-cost parking. If my son hadn't found it on his 'phone we'd still be looking! On our return we were luckier than the woman whose car keys they'd lost. Only use this facility if you really LIKE STRESS and you don't mind missing your flight!!!

Staff at Imagine Parking Liverpool were not expecting us as they had the wrong time down on their booking sheet! I had 08.00 printed on my confirmation and they had 13.00! And then their mini-bus was not available, so I had to drive my car to the airport and leave it with the man from Imagine to drive it back to the car park. I was just hoping the car didn't get damaged. Also, at the check-in desk they have a sign saying 'we are not responsible for cars parked outside' - well isn't that what you are paying them for, to look after your car? The cars are parked just metres from the public road and the gates appear to be open all day. Also far more expensive than parking at Manchester airport. I would not use this service again.

On arrival we had to wait, ask someone and eventually found attendant thinking that as soon as we parked we would just hand over keys. On return had to walk past other car parks to be told car was parked furthest side of car park in the rain but talked attendant into running over and parking it closer thinking car would be waiting for us. Would consider taxi or other car parks first next time

Wasn't what I expected from a meet and greet. Was a normal car park which you just handed your key in and they moved your car 50 yards when you got back!
