We was disappointed because where we park looked like a dumping ground and when getting out the car wet mud, didn't go down to well when wearing a suit for a meeting.

Vehicle was not recognised when entering the car park. Instructions were poor when contacting staff about how to proceed when returning.

Upon arrival to the carpark the sensor didn't recognise the number plate of my car and it took a while to get the barcode reader to read the barcode and then on exit the token wouldn't open the barrier.

OK EXCEPT WHEN WE ARRIVED ON OUR RETURN TO EXIT THE PARKING WE WERE RECEIVED WITH A DEMAND OF ABOUT £91 IN ORDER TO EXIT THE PARKING. WE THEN HAD TO PRODUCE OUR DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID . FORTUNATELY THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED AND WE WERE LET OUT OF THE PARKING

Initially there wwere no problems and parking and the shuttle were very good and easy. However the pick up was a total shambles. All documentation confirms that there is no shuttle service after midnight, and gives directions to your pick up point prior to that time. However on ringing the number advising that I had landed and was ready for pick up (before 23.00 hrs) I was advised that the pick up point was different to that advised and that I should go and wait outside departures. I then had to find my way from arrivals to departures and wait for 15 minutes which was not what I wanted after a day travelling and a 3 hr journey ahead of me. If I had known that the instructions for pick up were not as published in the card I was given (and certainly not as adsvertised) I would not have used this service.

Whilst I paid for parking I didn't actually park at the car park. I've been a regular user of air parks for a number of years and always parked at the site just off the Throckley roundabout near Newcastle Airport. I didn't print all the email confirmation off due to running out of paper and when we arrived there it was closed and had signs up for BelAir Parking. We had to park on the airport car park itself and this incurred extra costs of £51.00. Whilst I can appreciate I didn't manage to print off all the email with the address on, I feel a note a the time of booking to say this site was no longer in air parks portfolio to alert people that I has to park elsewhere.

Would be more use to you, and anyone else, if you asked my thoughts on your service after we return to the UK. As it happens, we don't fly to Italy for another 2 weeks!

I imagine the parking will all work out fine (We don't travel until Monday 2 June) We booked online but we never received the promised confirmation email and since pre-booking is supposed to relieve some of the stress inevitable in air travel, not sending confirmation adds to the stress. ADDS TO THE STRESS. That ought to be easy to fix? Cheers! Jed Falby

Once again, this being the 2nd time in 12 mths I have been unable to raise the barrier after inserting my orange coin to exit the car park. I was greeted with a screen which demanded a silly figure of approx. 813 pounds. The girl on the intercom was impatient but said she would remove the amount shown on the screen - no apologies for what was, clearly, an error by your parking company. The time was approx. 1.30 am on Saturday morning and I had pre-paid for 8 days and, fortunately, had the foresight to approximate my exit time until 2.00 am - even though my flight was due in at 12.05 am - but it was delayed. Why should this happen? Why did your records not follow thru and allow my exit? And ............why should this happen TWICE!! Returning from holiday was, regrettably, spoilt by this incident, once again. I am now going to make alternative arrangements for parking my car at MC/R Airport as I think your service has fallen far short of what is promised by your company. If you can spare the time to check - my Car Reg No is PR59 YBG the date 24th May 2014. Maureen Dignon

I was very disappointed to find my brand new car had had one of the valve caps stolen this might be a small thing for most but when a car park is meant to be secure this is a very poor thing

Booking was easy and cheaper than other alternatives. However it was not clear where the parking was at Edinburgh airport. Also instead of Tarmac, the parking spaces are filled with large pointy stones. Not the best on tyres!

My number plate wasn't recognised. On pressing assistance and telling them my booking reference I got a ticket. On the way out I inserted ticket and it said I owed £114. On repeating the assistance I was let out. Not exactly as advertised but that said the pickup and drop off was fine

Registration not recognised on entry nor exit which meant waiting to get through to someone to talk at the barrier and worrying all holiday you were going to charge me twice. On exit same thing - had to wait and dial through and advice how and where I booked. Disappointing.

arrived to pick my car up and was covered in tree sap and bird pooh not what you need when going direct to a meeting

When I got home to unload the car I found a massive dent and scratch in my drivers door.. I know I could never prove when this had happened but know it wasn't there before....

The driver on the coach from the airport to car park was really abusive to us and other passengers

Usual efficient service. Marked down because of poor attitude of young lady at reception. Not pleasant to be studiously ignored!
