Your directions did take us to the old Airparks site near the airport, but found way to long Stay Parking no problem and all went smoothly.

On returning to the Airport I placed my ticket in the machine at the barrier as instructed only to be told that I owed £79 + when I had paid online> Fortunately the intercom worked and when I gave my name to the person answering the barrier was lifted.

We paid £71.99 to park our car for 1 week at East midlands airport. On arrival we entered the car park, where we proceeded to drive around for 30 minutes unable to find an available space!?!? We called the number on our booking confirmation which continuously rang out with no answer until being cut off. In the end we had to park in a disabled space, and leave a note on the dashboard. We had no idea whether or not the car would be clamped, or we would have a parking ticket on our return. I have tried to email to express our disappointment since returning but cannot find an email address to use!!

Lots of parking, easy to find, c;lose to airport, plenty of buses, buses not big enough could do with bigger buses

Having used Airparks car park at East Midlands previously I had no hesitation in using them again. They are easily accessed with good bus links to the terminal. Despite a very late return thanks to Air traffic control France there was no problems departing the car park with no excess charges applied. Will use every time I fly and highly recommend to all travellers.

Excellent stress free service, drop off ideal and arrival back at Luton with car only 50 yards from terminal doors, a dream! Brilliant well done!

i have used airparks handforth dean a few time and thought that was very good but for the last three holidays i have used airparks 2this service is fantastic the ease of online booking directions to the destination and finaly the bus drivers who are great very friendly chatty and very helpfull makes for a good start to my holiday keep up the good work thank you all Mr P Hyde

I booked a parking space via the internet and paid for it in full. On arrival at the barrier my registration number was automatically read and I was issued with a ticket. On exiting the car park 12 days later I was told I owed about £280! This was subsequently reduced to £26 which had to be paid before I could leave. It seems that by mistake, I had entered the mid stay car park instead of the long stay. Whilst I accept this was my error, If your computers can read a number plate and issue a ticket, why could they have not informed me that I was at the wrong car park? This would have saved time, trouble, embarrassment and money on my part and a good booking system on your part.

I paid for parking prior to going on holiday. When arrived at airpark put card into machine to open barrier. Had to return to England a day early due to a death in the family. Put card into machine, barrier lifted and started to set off but heard a clicking so picked up the ticket which turned out to be a receipt for an extra £85.00 taken from my card. Seen as how we had a grieving widow and my father in laws ashes in the car I did not feel like stopping to sort it out. When I did contact airparks by phone I had to wait over a week and another email before the money was received. I will definately not recommend airparks again.

I followed the instructions to the letter but still got charged by the airports too. I still haven't had a refund.

very efficient service, person was there to collect car when we arrived. had all the correct details, quick and polite. car was ready when we returned, quickly given key and able to leave once £1 ticket paid. will definately use again and recommend to others. thank you for making the parking situation hassle free.

Good service and would use again, Would be helpful if where to park up instructions were printed on booking form as difficult to listen / remember over the phone if the airport unfamiliar. Also requested to be able to drop car at DISABLED but had to park in bay 9 and difficult to walk if disabled although the chauffeur did let us drive over to drop off disabled passenger & drive back to bay 9 if we were quick.. he could have met us in disabled area as we had to wheel our luggage & disabled persons from bay 9 . On our return the car was brought to disabled area. Much easier.. Thank You, as much easier than catching a transfer bus.
