Very bad customer service . I raised a return request , the parcel i received has no tag/label and bacause of this delievery boy has refused ((2 times)) to take that parcel back . 2-3 times i had a chat with the customer service, did mail ,did call but again and again they ask me to follow their steps and to wait for 48 hrs. etc etc but no one genuinly helped me.

Extremely bad experience. Strongly not recommend. Customer care service is very very bad. Again they are charging platform fee, but the service is becoming very very bad day by day.

They are the worst as I had asked my parents to order few stuff from India for me (little background, I live in USA and my parents live in India - they both are senior citizens). They delivered the wrong product and when we asked them to return it. They refused. They are harassing an old couple and it breaks my heart that in India these things are still preventing. Shame on you and your customer service. You are the worst and I highly recommend everyone to never order from this app. I hope you guys fail miserably and your owners should leave ode everything.

i am totally dis satisfied their service, if you have any problem with size just select option return not select option exchanged, because on return time they just picked up your old parcel, did not gave a new one. and you lost your money.

i wanted to exchange shirt for bigger size. they didnt had it in stock and refused to exchange it with any other product or give credit voucher. I do not recommend this website. extremely poor service

I want to give 0 star but its not showing. The worst delivery service I ever seen in my life. I want to share my experience with u . I bought 7 items from ajio on date 7 march and in my order my receiving date was 10 march then after 2 days the delivery date chaged to 11 march then on 12 march i was notified that the delivery guy is out for delivery and then on 14 march i was told that the delivery attempt failed because recipients was not available. I want all the user or people who are using ajio, not to buy anything from ajio as there commitment are always fake.

I ordered a co ord set from Ajio recently. Apparently it is a non returnable item (written in very small words- not even readable). The product quality is as good as a handkerchief. The sizing is pathetic and now Ajio is not willing to accept return. Brand name is Nomad. Did not expect from Ajio Anybody else face this issue? How can I reach out to consumer forum? Also be careful while ordering .

Very bad service. They claim an easy returns but in reality it's the opposite. They won't take back their product even though they shipped the wrong product still they are not ready to take back. Worst app highly disappointed. Never going to use this app again.

This is the second time i have ordered a product from your app and every time i order a product, it is cancelled by your side. And this is happening even after speaking to your customer care when they said that it will take time but it will be delivered. The last time i ordered i didn't even receive the refund for it. This is the last time i am ordering via your app. It is a terrible and inefficient app.

Very poor..I have initiated return for one article...product is not being picked up...they are delaying the process...not I am able to directly connect with them on call..I am sending them emails again and again but no use...article is not picked up yet...not is my money refunded... overall worst experience ever.

I had very worst experience in ajio one month happened but still my refund was not initiated.worst customer care service no reply from their side mailed more than 10 times and attached my bank statement also but no response worst app so far I don't recommend this app.october month issue they sending now January month issue I don't know when will I get response

The worst site with the worst service , they kept my money stolen , since 5 months I have called them 30+ times ,send them plenty of mails still no action has been taken to transfer my wallet money to my bank such an unprofessional act seriously cheap I’ll share the screenshots of sent mails that’s just few I sent

Iam not suggesting to shop in this app..such a bad customer care service.. if u put ur product to refund.. your money will gone... U have to keep on talking to customer care. .. and road around your bank..

Ajio is a fake company they started scam business now a days.This is a fake site as per experience. When you order something and later you want to return it. They will make you fool. And after that you will loose your money and stuff both. Literally they are playing with emotions of customers..Don't buy products from this side after purchasing product if u want return or replace these guys are saying this particular product is not refundable or exchange.I called their helpline for 3 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily.
