“Best site for getting clothes”

“They have the worst customer care. I was suppose to get my order on 7th August complained on their tracking system so many times also called them and still no action or communication from them and they closed the ticket already without any action on the ticket. I was speaking to SUMIT YADAV and asked for his senior he kept me on hold for a while and then said manager is not available and hung up. He was so rude, I don't understand how can you appointment such jokers for customer care. Very disappointed.”

“The service for delivery and refund is in a sorry state. Causes only harrasment and the customer care executive have no idea of what is s happening and gives false automated responses. They r a bunch of unprofessionals. Pathetic. Won't recommend to shop on this site. Myntra,Nykaa is way more professional and service friendly.”

“NEED JUSTICE : Boycott AJIO ORDERED ITEM "ORDERED ID : FN3312209808" WORTH OF 5000 RS NIKE AIR MAX SHOES & IN RETURN RECEIVED 200 RS SOME LOCAL FOOTPATH SHOES.. @AJIOLife DECEIVING AND LOOTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.. Pathetic experience I think Ajio is running scam and looting public hard earned money.. No body is helping out .. Boycott AJIO.. Going to uninstall and boycott the Ajio Also will spread awareness about Ajio to all my friends and relatives to boycott.”

“I returned crocs flip flops due to size issue. After my numerous email to customer care and grievance cell and twitter they didn’t refund my money back. I updated my bank details ten times and even sent them screenshot of updation but never got my money back”

“Dear Sir I have earlier purchased the jeans but its colour faded in two washes. Since i have already many jeans of same company but their has not been any such problem. I think you have sent me copy /duplicate product. This is clear cheeting on your behalf. You are requested to do the needful.”

“Worst site. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son at banglore. The product was not fit, so I requested for return.Meanwhile my son went to abroad and left the product with security guard for return. First they told that our system doesn't show that item is delivered so we can't return it. Now they say that you send photo of invoice, product and tag. Since my son is not there how can I send it. I simply requested them to check the product and once you are satisfied, credit the amount. It was my first order with Ajio and it became a nightmare. Customer care people are also very rude and inoperative. Never use this site. Very painful”

“@AJIOLife Big Brand, Big Sale, Big name... This is how you advertise... But when it comes to customer care.. I guess I have encountered the most pathetic experience with @AJIOLife My amount got deducted twice without order conversation poping up with the information "if your amount is deducted it will be credited back within 48 hrs of time" Now what, yes its a ask and the answer is torture to the customer... AND no support from the customer care team..they don't have ticket system, no one response on the mail... customer care agents doesn't know anything. I am just calling it out here as I don't see any response over mail or the call with customer care agent.”

“Simply fooling the customers.... bought an Indian wear....was of bad quality an delivered without tags...As a customer the delivery person doesn't allow to open and check the package while receiving.. Later when I wanted to return the drese bcoz of the poor material...And then A list of excuses...No reply to mails ...no customer contact... Finally I have to bear the cost of that poor product... But one thingfor sure... it's been a year now .. haven't ordered anything from Ajio...Coz they don't value their customers... earlier i use to shop frequently...”

“I have never had a worst experience from any of the sites.I have ordered almost 6500 Rupees and none of the products are worthy...I have received damaged products and also the products received and not the actual one I have booked..Too much costly in Ajio and none of the products have quality.I never want to be purchase ever again from Ajio.I won't recommend Ajio personally.I hate Ajio.”

“Very bad Service. I have ordered kids pants its been month. I dint received product but status is showing its delivery. My fault was its a prepaid order. Till now no response from Customer support. My suggestion is don't place prepayment orders. Customer support is degusting .”

“I ordered three garments on 26th July..The most expensive one was delivered promptly, the other two were falsely reported as returned with payment denied and not at home to receive it respectively. Then 11 days later a totally different product was delivered and the delivery guy took COD and advised me to try your return policy. I did and am waiting to see when that will happen. Totally disillusioned by this service and app. I will not accept the third outfit or pay for it. I do not intend to ever order from Ajio again.”
