“Ajio people are cheaters. I bought Sari which came without tag. They have policy that without tag it can not be return. If This is the policy how can they send such product. Now they are not taking it back . Planned cheating by Ajio .”

“FRAUD or SCAM They offer you free gifts after you buy a specific amount of purchase ..they send you code and you get the gift.But you will get a defected product as gift and you will be charged 1rs. What do you do then? Obviously return the defective product.you get back 1rs.dont expect you get a code again for your gift.1rs is your free gift.lol In my case it was a free superdry bag and i got Rs.1 returned for it..awesome na.. If you think it's false You can ask me all the proof 9830980908.. hope customer care see this and resolve my issue.”

“Ajio is one of the worst ecommerce place where you can buy a products as they are very poor in their service with customers. They have a tie up with the worst delivery partners such as xpressbees for delivery. They delivery partner used foul language when contacted for delivery status to a woman because she did not know Hindi. He is asking the next question when I mentioned that I do not know Hindi is "Do you have a boyfriend?". When contacted Ajio to raise a complaint on the delivery partner there is no response and when asked for a supervisor they are disconnecting my call and not connecting me to the supervisor. The delivery partner's executive's number is 9907524454. This is how we get treated because we do not know Hindi. If that is the case can you please put a disclaimer on your website that only Hindi speaking customers to order from you guys. This shows the character and morale of this company.”

“Yah ajio company Chor Hai bahut Sare logon ka Paisa khaya is company ne Mere to only ₹600 De kya pata kitne logon ka inhone Paisa khaya Hoga return nahin kiya hoga please Sabhi Logon se request karta hun is company per trust na Karen inhone only one week mein mera payment return karne ki baat ki thi abhi tak ine Logon Ne Mera payment return nahin kiya hai to kripya Sabhi se request hai is company per koi bhi trust na Karen”

“I have already returned the product once in your specific time but again they gave the same product only back to me. Where is my fault in this? I have already sent you images above all that you are asking again and again. Since so many days you have been saying you will resolve issue on 6th of September and this is how you resolve? When I call on your customer care to speak to your people you don't have that option only and after asking again and again to call me also you do not call Where is customer's fault?? I ordered Ritu Kumar top Gave money for it What I got was totally different and low quality Asked for return and they took back and gave the same only Shame on you and your stupid service. Extremely poor service!”

“I has a very bad experience with Ajio and I just wasted my money and time on this. I ordered a saree and I dint like the quality. Hence I initiated return. But they said I have to self ship it. After a lot of discussion with customer care I shed shipped it. Many courier were not accepting it due to the address was not servisable. But finally one courier accepted and now they are at the pin ode but they called and said it's an interior village and is not able to deliver. Again when I called customer care, they don't have any info only they say plz mail to ajio email ID.they just don't have any information and not able to help for anything. I guess I have wasted my money n all my time n talking to customer care and writing multiple mails to ajio. Suggest everyone to never yse Ajio again.”

“The boss tshirt that I got from ajio developed wrinkles around the neck on a single usage.its been more than 3 months and no satisfactory resolution has been provided.leave apart the apathy and disconcern shown by ajio post sales.now the resolution that is being given is for me to take the tshirt to the nearest boss store.well the nearest boss store is a five hour journey from my town.(had a store been close enough would have I ordered an expensive product online).so you expect me to spend more than rs 10000/-and waste an entire day of work just to get my complain registered with boss with no gaurantee of any satisfactory resolution.”

“Hi, I have three products to be returned and I have initiated the return before the return policy date itself but it's been more than 20 days everyday I get message stating it's out of pick up but no one is coming to pick the product nor calling me and if I call to the mentioned number it wil get disconnect after beep sound.. But if they want to deliver the product and take the money they will reach correct time but to pick the product they don't have time....I have very much fed up and it's so much frustration calling them everyday and telling them same story repeatedly...it's costing me 3k and it's a loss for me. I m requesting evey one pls don't use this app very worst service and even product cost is very high wr the quality of the product is not capable of so much cost. It's worst app I can say. Pls use flipkart they will delivery the product on time and also pick the product and refund on time even the quality is worth paying the money.. Pls pls don't use this app orelse u will be in trouble and hit ur head.”
