Very bad experience with ajio. They have not mentioned the exchange policy at the time of exchage for the first time, and then afterwards when u need to exchange it again, it will not allow you to do so. Says 'u can only exchange once'. If they actually have this rule then they should clearly mention this at the time when customer is doing exchage for the first time. If you will return the item all the coupons that u might have applied to the order will be lapse too. Don't belive ajio. Honest and personal review.

Worst site they have accepted my order after payment they are saying delivery delayed and after few days they automatically cancel the product and place return product they are scam and blocked my money and I have order clothes from ajio on September 13th 2024 till 18th October 2024 they did not return my money. Ajio is a big scam. Team Realince and Ajio refund my money otherwise I sue you in court fraudster.

Order placed on 5.10.24 Promised to be delivered by 9.10.24 Actually delivered on 14.10.24 Product packaging came without any label and thus denied return. After repetitive persuasion, product returned on 15.10.24 Quality check to be done by 1.11.24 !!!!! 15 days to Quality check !!!!!!! Miserable !!! Disgusting !!!!! No value to customer's time and money !!!!! Not even bothered to reply properly, except some stupid, non sensical automated messaages !!!!

Image and product quality differ too much, and even return is denied because of usage of coupon which is clear case of fraud and misleading

Firstly they delivered the wrong product. Totally different, and then they say they can exchange or return it even when it is there fault, when the wrong product has been delivered from there side, then it's the responsiblity of ajio to exchange or return the wrong product which has been delivered by them . Firstly they wasted by 15 days by saying share this image , share that image , i have shared everything and then they said sorry we cant do anything on this issue, i would suggest please think twice before ordering , because my money has been wasted on the wrong product which they have delivered .

from 10 days I am trying to return the order, which I receive without Brand tags, when calling to customer care they disconnected the call every time and no call backs, customer service is very bad. asking for image of the product sent 20 times still they are asking for image, they are only play with customer the the return window will get closed n then they will only say sorry we cannot do anything as return window is closed.

It is very rude that your company is just harassing that I ordered Wrangler, instead ordered Lee and they harass the customer by saying that it will be done/not be returned/is in process.

A month back I ordered freehand jacket from AJIO. Because of size issue, on the very next day after receiving the product I requested for return order ! It’s been one month now, no one from AJIO has come to pick up the return order. I called customer care thousand times. Every time they told me that your return will be done ! Three time they rescheduled my return pick ! And one time it was showing that return pickup is successful ! Whereas the product was with me only! Despite being such big brand there’s no customer satisfaction ! Worst service provided from AJIO! Even customer care is not taking any responsibility of the issue! One month they are just giving silly answers & Making it more delay ! If this is the I am never gonna order anything from AJIO ever! Worst customer experience!

Terrible return service .They shall keep on giving assurance of the product being picked up but their logistic partners are even worst than them.They keep on updating fake attempts and the product shall still be lying with you. Myntra and other online shopping stores are much much better and are quick in doing the needful.Never buy anything from ajio,if only to make your experience miserable

Pathetic , really pathetic service. They promise one delivery date and after placing order they deferred it atleast byb7 days without any clarifications Now while return request done they cancel it by showing that there are no price label on the box as if it was my fault. Coming to the customer care team they are the worst. Completely ill-trained, no value to customer's money and time

Plaese don't buy anything from Ajio. I was buying jwellery from Ajio and I want to return that jwellery because of damage products received and ajio canceled my return request again and again,when I talked to customer care they misguide me and I feel mental torcher...so I request to all of you please don't buy anything from Ajio.

I can’t give a 0 rating so I am giving the least possible rating. Customer care of AJIO is miserable and they don’t strive to action on any problems that you raise. AJIO return scheme is fraudulent. They seem to intentionally delay the return pickup for almost a month and later effortlessly cancel the return stating that the return period is elapsed. This is pure drama by AJIO. Despite raising multiple complaints in their so called customer care there is no resolution till date. Please don’t trust AJIO and loose money!

I recently made a purchase from Ajio amounting to approximately ₹4000. Among the items I was eagerly awaiting were a blazer and trousers, which were essential for an upcoming conference. However, to my disappointment, my order was cancelled from your end without any explanation. This cancellation is highly inconvenient, especially since I relied on the original delivery commitment for my event. To make matters worse, I have not yet received any refund for the cancelled items. This is extremely concerning, as it feels like a case of unfair treatment. How can you cancel an order after committing to deliver it on a specific date, especially when the items are still listed at the same price on your platform? This experience has shaken my trust in Ajio. I have shopped on many other platforms, but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I expected Ajio to honor its promises and commitments, but this has left me deeply disappointed. It is highly unethical to cancel discounted items on your own, then later increase the price. This feels like a fraudulent practice, and as a customer, I deserve transparency and respect. I request an immediate resolution to this issue, either by fulfilling my original order as promised or by issuing a full refund without any further delay. If this situation remains unresolved, I will no longer be using Ajio and will not recommend it to others. I look forward to your prompt response and action.
