“Worst e-commerce platform. Better to pay little more and buy from other sites... Delivered products are different from what they have displayed. Return requests kept on cancelling by themselves...After a heck lot of time on line wd the customer care , i got to know i should self ship. Even pathetic is that they didn't instruct me to do so on app or through text messages but only when I called them thrice i got to know abt this.Still the app shows "return Pickup available" . Ajio is subpar. I curse it go out of business.”

“They put up an mark and Spencers bath towel combo for sale with an very attractive price and i placed an order for the same and few days later they cancelled it by themselves refunding my amount but not my credit points amount which i earned. What a scammers.”

“Extremely poor customer services . They don't even have a customer care executive to whom we can talk to. I could never use my Ajio wallet points inspite of sending innumerable mails before the expiry of the points . The so called points credited is just an eyewash . Very unprofessional .”

“Very poor services... Ajio give me worst and tag less product and don't received it back .. And your customer call services are also very poor call can pick after 10-12 calls in 2-3 days I already called you a 300 times than also nobody listen”

“Ajio is stealing customer's money in the name of convenience fee.First they don't give proper information to us while placing orders regarding delivery charges/convenience charges;and then when you have to return your product for any reason ,unlike all other online shopping apps who refund full amounts that we paid for the product,ajio does not refund the full amount.They deduct the delivery charges and say it is convenience charges ,so even if you don't actually purchase anything you will end up paying delivery charges for buying nothing at all,if you have to return your product for some reason.So please beware of this people .I have stopped buying anything from ajio. This is what happened with me when I had to return a kurti set for some reason ,they deducted Rs.100 from the refund.When I called the customer care they asked me to write mails and after many mails they give this vague explanations that it is convenience fee .Utterly disappointing .Better to shop on other online shopping apps which are much customer friendly than to go through this nonsense with ajio.”

“Hi , I am writing this with all the disappointment to give my honest feedback on Ajio services. The services of Ajio has degrated a lot , I have placed a order with number- FN4508209308 on 18th September. The dilevery date initially was 26th September, and it kept on delaying everytime until today 7th October and ultimately three of my four orders were cancelled without any valid reasons. This is not the first time I have faced this issue with Ajio, but now this has happened multiple times. With all my experience, this makes Ajio one of the least reliable and worst service provider, and I won't recommend anyone to use or rely on. PS - If you can't deliver the products for which you have marked exciting offers, than please don't make one. It would be really great if you can do something to make the system better because like me there are other customers as well who has faced the same issue.”

“I have purchased Adidas slim fit T-shirt but it's totally copy of Adidas ..it's not original Adidas. Total Amount paid by me was 1787/_ rupees..Order tracking no is mentioned for your reference..I am totally disappointed by Ajio. “Ajio is the worst of all the apps (I wonder why influencers don't promote them). I ordered a bag for my father and waited for 15 days to receive it but it got returned on its own, I just got a text message from them and when I called them to get a resolution they were sickly rude and yet didn't give me any positive response... I'm never buying from them again!!!!!”

“Order number FN 1169201804. Ajio wallet money 390+590 was less for this order but delivery time was not less. Very froud company cheting to people. And Google pay reward cash voucher was not redeem. Then not reply properly not have legal team resolve issues totally un responsible company. Fair excercise.”

“Worst customer care service, I just had a simple question from last 15 days, I have sent multiple emails, just automated responses even in mails, call doesn't connect real person. Who sends email automated responses, calls understandable. Your website said order for more than 7K you will get free bag, so I did, you guys cancelled one of my items and refunded, now the order has become 4.5K, my simple question was "will I get a bag or not?" It was yes or no answer. I was asking this question because the main item I wanted you have cancelled it, other items I added for free bag, if not getting bag I can return it, return period is over I still don't have answer.”

“Ajio is the fake brand they don't give the product quality they give the used an colour fade clothes.. and ajio customer care service is not good at all even the senior spk rude with us . Don't do pickup on time 20days passed my product pickup has not done even return policy is over.. they even don't want to refund the money suggest you do not buy anything from ajio this is my first an last purchase which I have done from ajio very bad experience plz don't go for it.. very dissatisfied fraud”
